| | I never took vitamins or food supplements so far. It is always best to take natural food rather then supplements. What I believe is vitamins from supplements do not act on the body in the same way as vitamins from foods.It is always good to consume lots of fruits and vegetables which is sufficient for our body in terms of vitamins and other essential nutrients. | | | | | | |
