Waking time

I love seeing the sun rising when I open my eyes. I enjoy waking up early as the light is coming over the edge of the earth and the birds are singing. In my part of the world, that is around 7am! Of course, in a month it will be about 8:30am as we are going into winter.

I like getting up early when I can get enough sleep. I've learned that when I wake up depends on how much sunlight enters our room. my wife can sleep until 10:00am. My latest is 8:00am unless i'm sick.

My day normally starts noon time. Meaning I wake up very late cos I work at night and only sleep in the wee hours of the morning.

I do not take walks in the early moring. I am in the bed alseep. I do not even like to get up early in the morming unless I have to go to work or to someplace ealse. I much perfer to sleep late than get up that early in the moring.

it's too early .at that time i was sleeping well .i often wake up late .and if i want to get up early,i must set the alarm .although i can get up wiht the help of the alarm,i still want to sleep/

i am not an early riser. but on the days i get up early i feel good althrough the day. a light stroll in the morning on the green grass is very refreshing but as i get up late i need to rush for work.

i am trying to build the good habit of waking up early in the moring... hope to make it soon.

No!I can't wake up like that daily in the morning.Only if the situation demands,I will wake up at any time.Since,I have the ability to remain wake up late nights,I don't have the habit of early rising from bed.I like working late nights in the calm environment and so I will not be able to rise so soon with or before the sun.Cheers!
