Obama and Afghanistan

As with everything in this administration; they don't seem to be very organized...they don't seem to have a plan at all. OR the plan is so off the wall that they don't want us dummy's to know about it. At least that's the way it feels to me.
I think when they took over the White House with such an amazing number of people behind them that they'd be able to be whatever and do whatever they want. But now the ideas are getting a little tedious and people are tired of trying to find jobs and to figure out how they are gonna pay for things....and reality is finally setting in.
NOW....if we can just get the Hollywood elite to shut up we might be able to turn things around.....

Barack Obama is governing in a way that John Kerry campaigned - they both insist that they have a plan but cannot give any information on that plan. This is typified for Obama in nearly everything that he campaigned on.

Closing Guantanamo Bay, that's great, but Obama has no plan on what to do with the prisoners once the detention center is closed.

Healthcare - Obama constantly told us that he had a plan to reduce healthcare costs, but now he's left the bill up to Congress to compose (and get wrong). What happened to Obama's plan there?

Climate Change - Cap and trade has fallen by the wayside, perhaps because of the corruption that resulted in Europe from a similar scheme. Indeed, in Europe it hasn't reduced carbon emissions, it merely sent them elsewhere. The UK's emissions may have "fallen" but that's because they've sent their manufacturing overseas. If you included the carbon produced in goods that were consumed in the UK, emissions would have risen by over 17%.

The Obama presidency is going to be the biggest political anticlimax of the 21st Century. With so much promise, that promise has evaporated in a matter of months because of what Republicans said would happen: Obama and Democrats would push for a very leftist policy agenda. The stimulus package is a case in point.

That is because he told us he had a plan....but didn't.
When on the campaign trail they will say they have a plan for everything. But in case it shows how disorgainzed they are.
Obama has a majoirty in congress. He could get just about anything he wants passed. But not only does he not have his act toghether....but neither does congress.
Good thing for the rest of us...bad thing for them.

You know, I don't hold this against him as much as some others might.

I was one of the many (not enough of us, obviously) who knew Obama was bluffing on almost everything he said. Maybe it's because I'm extremely cynical, but I chose to judge Obama by evidence other than he himself presented. I do this for everyone.

You could liken it to a prisoner, I suppose: they're ALL innocent. If you listen to them, you'd have to let them out. To me, it's the same for a politician. They're ALL pure and nobel and just trying to help if you ask them. This is why it is VITALLY IMPORTANT to look into someone's past, look at who they surround themselves with, and look at their voting record and everything else that you would want to know about someone long, long, long before giving them any sort of power, much less the Presidency of the United States. (Note to uber-sensitive Obama fans: I'm not trying to say Obama is a criminal in my analogy lol)

I wasn't the least bit surprised when Obama couldn't close GITMO. I was 99.9% sure that he was trying to rally that particular base. I'm not the least bit surprised that not only Obama, but NO ONE in Congress (in the sense of having power to pass measures) had any legitimate plan to get us out of recession, so they outsourced the world's biggest spending bill to special interest. And I'm definiltely not shocked that Obama has no Afghan plan.

However, I would think his supporters would be a little deterred. I don't think it's a good thing for voting Americans that Obama is proving to be another schmuck politician when he billed himself as the candidate of hope and change.

I love this scenario:

"Hey, guys! Let's let this sucker, Obama, to run for and win presidential elections. We have OUR people in key position and anyway he know next to nothing of what he is talking about .. There are implications in any decision against the path we choosed time a go so any plan he might have (which is doubtfully he have ..), he will fail miserably. And we will help him to fail, but from underground.
People need to think they want a change, let's give'em a change .. Obama can't change in fact nothing because he will bang his head against the walls we build for so long now and also we will put outside pressure on him .. like that sith "where have you born" .. hahahahahaha Then next elections public won't trust him or democrats again .. for long tome hahahahahaha"

Has Obama went to Bin Laden cave yet he said during the Obama/McCain debate if he has to he will go to Bin Laden cave and kill him,has he went yet????
A good man such as President George W.Bush listens to the generals on the ground all depends on the action on the ground and the boots on the ground know how to win a war and bring victory a corrupted community organizes experiences is in horn winkling tax payers to fill their's and their pal's pockets 24-7 some one should had read Obama's resume he could not pass a FBI back ground check has far to many corrupted buddies.

In my opinion, Obama told the people what they wanted to hear to get elected. And the people, knowing how much is at stake, WANT to believe, will go to great pshychological lengths, to believe he meant every word of it. The possibility of him NOT having our best interests at heart are just to frightening to contemplate for most.

Hey, guys, haven't you ever gotten accustomed to politicians?
They talk and talk and talk and when they get in and find out all they can they change their minds and we the populace will never know the real reasons why.
As the leader in power now he could have information and facts he did not have before and maybe, just maybe, he cannot reveal these things to the public.
I'm also sure this was the case with the former leader George Bush.
Remember that, too!

If I am not mistaken what Obama had said during his campagne was that he was going to be talking to Pakastan to get the permission and help from them to get Bin Ladan and if he had to he would go into Pakastan and find him himself if they did not work with him. Not exact words but I believe that was the gist of it. He believes he is in Pakastan and not Afghanistan. The war in Afghanistan is not a winnable war many lives have been and many lives will continue to be lost. We havent done it in 8.5 years it just isn't going to happen, we will be there forever trying to stop them from doing things. I am positive that all the generals and so forth that are over there fighting this war want to think they have the answer to end this, throwing more young men at the problem has not proven to do a damn thing. How do you fight the enemy when they are mixed in with the citizens?
These poor men do not know who their enemies are. After all they all look the same now ask me why all these soldier come back home with PTSD so severe they can not close their eyes at night? NOBODY WILL EVER FIND THE ANSWER BECAUSE THE ANSWER IS NOT TO BE HAD.

I don't think Obama doesn't have a plan for Afghanistan. I guess he had a plan but is kept as a very controversial matter. We all know what's with Afghanistan right some said it is the place were the 9/11 mastermind is hiding somewhere in it's cave.
But somehow I began to wonder with the technology of the United States why is it that they are unable to capture this criminal OSAMA? Is osama a very powerful individual or is just so tricky to get?

If the US government headed by pres Obama wouldn't be able to capture this mastermind then I can say we will just prepare ourselves for an upcoming mass destruction that will occur.
