Life is so tough, I'm about ready to give up!

Can you give us a few more details about what has got you to the point of wanting to give up
I see you offered advise to someone else saying they should stay positve no matter how hard it gets, thats what I would say to you,
I think thats all I can say, at the moment.

YES!!! and the only advice i can give you is stay strong!!! At 16 i fell pregnant i stayed on at work and juggled a baby and work at the same time, then at 22 I had to take custody of my 14 year old sister so that she wouldnt be put into care therefore im now working taking care of a 5 year old and a 16 year old!!! It is a nightmare and yes there are days that i think to myself ''will this get any better?'' But all being said and done the only way out would be to kill yourself and to me thats the cowards way out, JUST BE STRONG! strength is the key and one day it will get better even if it takes you a while?? what is it that your unhappy about?? what sort of situation are you in?? I can give you direction ( im good at that) but only if i have some facts thanks x

Life is always a challenge & there will be no one in this world who does not have a problem. Every one has problems & we must have the courage to face life. The simple key is to be happy & what ever happens, happens for good.

there is always a solution to every problem. Its how you think of the problem. It will get easier, n0t soon en0ugh that you expect but with patience it will come.

I always tell myself that it will get better. A lot of times i wanted to give because of depression. I would even try to think about committing suicide but in the end i realize that there are so many things to look forward to when you think about it. Why waste my life when i'm still young and i have family and fiance who loves me and vice versa. Also i know God has great plan for me. You know those who struggle more has a higher purpose. We just have a rigid and very tiring boot camp phase. So if your planning to give, think about the positive side why you are going through all the crap that you are experiencing now. There must a bright future ahead of you and you just don't know yet. Unless your giving up then you will never know what the fate will be ever!

you are a looser if you give up. God dont give problems to us that we cant stand for it. God knows that we can carry it thats why he gives us trials. just pray to God, he always listen.

ocnprl, you are not alone with your feelings of hopelessness. We all have them from time to time. It gets really hard when the negative garbage just seems to hang around and stink up our lives. I try and stay focused in my good moments. If I keep dwelling on my situation, I will get so depressed I feel I can't function. It may sound trite, but there is a light at the end of the crap tunnel. My motto lately has been "If I am breathing, everything will be okay". Take a look at all the good things in your life. They may not out-weigh the negatives right now, but it is a start. Please don't lose hope.

Life is so tough.I agree this words.Every day, we work hard,and we cannot let all wishes come true.But i love the full competition world,it let me better than others.It let me get beautiful girl.If the world will lose competition,that mean no more money,no beautiful girl,I think I am about ready to give up. Because of competition, I love my life and the world.

Someday,it feels like that. I had those days too. You feel the world is stacked against you. Believe in yourself. The sun will surely arise again for you! Smell the roses on the way home after work and you will feel better!

Your topic is a good one although not the easiest thing in life to deal with but it happens to all of us at some point in time .

I look at it this way because I too used to deal with anxiety and depression at times in my life when I thought to myself (can things get any worse?) I won't go into to much detail about what was going on with me because I would surely take up way to much time and it would take so much typing I could write a novel but I will say thing is was as if everything was coming down on me at once I had some personal and financial issues I needed to deal with and didn't want to deal with them which only made it worse. And let me tell you financial issues alone is enough to stress you out! I had problems paying my mortgage and bills up the wahzoo no end in sight just debt piled upon debt.

It seemed like the smallest things in my life became these huge problems I began to withdraw from my family I cried a lot (sometimes for no reason at all) I didn't want to go out or do anything I just wanted to stay in bed all day.

But one day when I was at one of my lowest points

I realized I had these children to raise and they depended on me and I started thinking well I can't go anywhere but up because I am already down the lowest I can get until I started seeing how bad other people had it my problems compared to theirs were superficial at best but in my mind I thought my world was falling
apart.

Its that saying where you think you got it bad until you hear someone else with a story much worse than yours then you think you don't have it that bad at all.


Keep your head up life is tough all over the world for many many people who deal with things ranging from depression, poverty, health issues,victims of crime, financial worries ect.. you just have to dig down deep inside yourself and make some choices life is going to throw things at you whether your prepared or not and you just have to roll with it sometimes and ride it until its over because and end is in sight it may not be the one you want but at some point it ends whether we make it better ourselves or get help from others or decide to give up all together there is and end...
