Have you ever seen a Sphynx cat before?

Wow! I had no idea they would be so fragile! I could see why though since they have no hair. I thought when I saw them at the pet store that maybe their hair grew in a little later but now that I've seen the adult photos of them, I guess I was wrong..lol.

I felt kind of sad about the ones I saw in the pet store too..lol..I wanted to hold them because they were shivering somewhat. I bet they would do really well there. I think they are native to Eygpt. Thanks for responding.

Hi pergammano! I'm hanging onto that rainbow to because the weather here has been pretty nasty too. We have had a couple of nice days but for the most part it is just rainy and constantly getting cooler.
I actually do enjoy watching pet shows. They are usually dog shows though. They hardly ever televise cat shows unfortunatly. I have never been to a real one but I would like to attend one just for the sake of having done so at least once. Sounds like you better knit you one of those sweaters too my friend..brrrr. Hugs and kisses to you too and try to stay warm.

Sorry...Jen, I was not referring to televised shows...I meant real live Pet Shows. That is what I am a sucker for, yet I hate the plasticality of it all, assuming that these poor animals would sooner be home, lollygagging! LOL!

How do you keep your wee little mites (chihauha's) warm...? And did you keep the whole family? Hoping your weekend is spectacular...and BIG HUGZ!

I have never got to go to a live dog show. I would really like to although I feel the same as you do.

AWH....JEN.....way, way toooo cute! What a delight "Eva" must be? Alright, fess up...how many babies did you keep? IT is only TOOO hard to let any of them go! When my "Westie" Moki, had her litters, I think adoption agencies shud have taken a lesson from me! Personal home inspections, many chats...and a kazillion follow up visits!

And, one more question....what the "hey" are you doing up at this time of the day?It is 3:42 a.m. here, is it around 5 a.m. in TN? All summer I started work at 4 to 4:30 a.m., so can't break the habit? Do you work today?

LOL..I do have the early bird habit now. I don't want to get off my schedule..lol..She actually just had one puppy..thank goodness...and he's still here. I keep telling him he is going to have to have a new homw but whenever anyone is interested in seeing him, I just kind of blow them off..lol..I will be checking homes and stuff when I can bring myself to let him go. I just want someone to love him like I do...

Jen...Good Morning! Is their truly a reason you have to let him go? At one time, I hate to admit it....but I had five, yes, five dogs! Right now, I am seriously thinking of getting another, as just because I am solitary, doesn't mean my dog has to be! LOL! I know you have family, a lot of commitments, but they are such good company for each other....(you can see I am trying to jade your decision)! I also never felt sooooo bad, when I had to leave them home alone! And...I don't think they prefer the company of "your dearest daughter's" amphibian friends..LOL!

LOL..at that price it might should poopoo some gold too..LOL..That is a very expensive pet. It is strange to see a cat without fur. I pet one and it was strangly soft..like it had peach fuzz all over him.

What's a poly-toed cat?
When I pet the kitten at the pet store...he was soft like he had fuzz on him. I can't remember if he had a tail or not.

cats with extra toes or a Hemingway cat they are sometimes called - nope, all mine are just nice, normal cats, but they are SPECIAL, because they are MINE!

Oh..ok...I had a cat once with 6 toes on each of his front paws. It was strange looking but it was the sweetest cat.

Hi Shar! They are very strange. I guess in a way they do look ill. I think it's because of their lack of fur..we are used to healthy cats having healthy looking fur. Thanks for responding.
