Can you walk at a public place naked?

LOL. That is funny, at least the women I am talking will not be prosecuted at your state LOL. Its the same for me too, I do not mind being naked but I do mind when the people are staring at me.
There is a law in Manila, the capital city of my country, that men cannot be topless, I do not know if there is law if they cannot be naked and if the law just state just men.

Men can't be topless? How peculiar. My brother another man and a female friend of mine were at a restaurant that offered a free French Dip sandwich if you skinny dipped off the dock. They decided to do it and they all were served summons from the local Police. They went to court and the two men had to pay a fine but my female friend got off completely. It was really interesting.

They just created that law, because there are a lot of men here that are topless because they are drinking all day at the street. LOL.

Yes, I do think that woman has problems, there are a lot of cases here like that, because of their problems, they do weird things, well the most popular in other country is suicide.
I think the persons that are scared by their own nudity are the person with low self esteem. They are afraid or shy of what they look like. They are scared or very affected to other people criticizing their look.

hehe. I had watched documentaries like that. I remember there was this actor here that had been dressed to be like "taong grasa" (they are persons that are very dirty that is almost like they use grease as shower and most of the time is a little insane, when translated word by word its human grease). They recorded how people will react to him. That made me think about the scene a little more, hehe, I am now wondering, what if what you said is true.

hahaha. It is really funny, but when I think about it, I feel a little sympathy to that woman. She must have been really fed up of her problems.

Even in a change room, I think I will still not be able to be naked. hehe. The only time I can be naked is when I know that there is really no one who can see my private part. LOL. But thinking about it, I wonder if I will be able to do it for a million dollars. LOL. I think I still can't but depends on my immediate needs LOL.

I don't think everybody will be able to appreciate a man that is very thin too, like me. LOL.

I think some are just really comfortable with their body that they can be naked at any place but other maybe just want to feel the excitement of it. hehe

Same for me too. LOL. I think walking with only a leaf covering the private part will be really funny.

LOL. Well actually she is, but she has short hair and she walks like a man, that is why I did not realized at first that shes a woman. hehe. Of course it is also because it will be really rare to see a woman go topless here. LOL

Wow, you're the first one to say you can be naked in a public place. hehe. I think it will be difficult for me because of the culture where I grew up, people here are still conservative and things like that will really raise eyebrows here. LOL.
I do think about how we humans is the only animals that really encourages to cover up sometimes. I think the best answer I can think of is that it is because of humans think too great of themselves and do not want to compared as equal to other species. hehe.
