Are You Willing to Pay for Online News Content?

since there are maybe includes some material that i not interested on it

Well first we already PAY for online content...nless you use the library to access the net you pay for th service...
second nope I wouldnt pay to read or view news online...I do currently get most of my news from online because it is more convenient....but the minute they start charging me it becomes wayyy less convenient to me and i will go back to watching news FREE on tv!!

Well, since i use internet, i actually never join any paying site. I only join a free site. So i think i will keep doing this since usually what the free site give us doesn't really inferior to those of the paying site. Especially if you talking about news, there are news every where in the internet that you can get for free, so why paid it?

I have an Idea here, why don't we start a forum/thread that would be all about news, and that would be WORLDWIDE NEWS,once we get this started Mylot is going to be all over the News, Imagine the slogan, " get paid to hear the news" now who would not like that?

NO, why should I spend something for news when I can read it online or on the newspaper or even on tv?

well if i really need it and it it can help me a lot with something that i currently doing then i will definitely think about it.. I mean the site that focusing in particular news and not the ordinary site news that have global content in it..

no, getbrowser.. I draw the line. Everything is already so expensive and the online stuff is SOOOO much advertising and that is how the sites earn money.. no,, I am not prepared to pay for anything more to do with internet.. The cost to be connected is enough for me and the cost to have tv connection is certainly outrageous.. so I bow out.. not gracefully, mind you.
If there is something I need to know, I am sure there will always be a way to find out without bleeding me blindly...my income and intesrt has its limits I guess.

am happy wid free news which the news channels provide
amin they place so many ads on the page to keep the site alive and people do click them coz they are curious to know more and more, and these ads are relevant to the content

I am already paying cable companies money, so that they show news channel on TV. Some of the news channels are not free to air. They have their websites which offer free news. So I don't want to pay to get news on the Internet.

There are two big reasons for reading/listening/watching news. Business purpose and past-time. For Past Time Purpose i will never agree to pay for any type of news because there are many free ways to get this type of content viz. news channels and direct message from associated people. The first mean (Various News Channels)is free due to tough competition among them. Every news channel wants to spread its name so if they take money, other free news channel will occupy that place. The second mean of news i.e. direct listening from persons occurs because of natural human tendency of communication.
For Business purpose i prefer to pay for suitable and appropriate news regarding my own business. Example: A merchant or Share Holder must have knowledge about what is going in the contemporary market.
