How Old Are You The First Time You Use Internet?

Yes, it is very expensive that time. Anyway I don't even know what is mIRC is the first time i use internet. At that time my English is really bad, so i just stick with internet that use my own language. Well it was fun back then, like every day there is always a new thing that show up. Yes, at that time, internet cafe is rare and even if you found one, the connection is really slow. At that times, to view a page with many picture is really are worth a lot of time. If i remember that time, i am really are sad because to open a few site takes minutes.

Oops, sorry for the typos. I meant now the internet connection is so much faster:p yeah, it was very slow, I have to wait more than an hour to load mtv site! Geez! I wonder in the next 10 years, how advanced the internet technology will be...

Yes, it is really slow back then. Compare to the past, today internet connection is super fast. Maybe, in the future, people will consider this speed we have very slow. Maybe they even reach 1 GBps. Who knows? Although i am sure, more of the file also big to in the future.

well the first time i use internet i don't even know google, i don't even know what search engine is. But i do know yahoo. I think at least about a year or so that i finally know about Google. Well i don't actually an active user in internet that time. So i don't really spend many time there.

Yes, but i think that's the way life is. Since technology move very fast, so, the younger we are, the more we will have advance technology. And i agree, internet was become booming after the 2nd millennium. And yes, i actually search using yahoo since i don't know what google is. But at that time, i am not yet sign up for it's email service. I am using bolehmail.com at that time, then after that i am using msn as my mail service. I start using yahoomail when Yahoo Messenger become very popular and all my friend at least have one id.

Yes, although i already using computer at 12, at that time i use windong 95 and msdos. But i mostly use them for playing game. So when i chat and writing mail in internet, it take me quite some time to type the word. Well anyway, now i can type with out even looking at the keyboard. Anyway, congratulation new mommy. Wow cool, this is the first time i heard an internet user actually able to not watch adult sites at all. For most of my friend ( including me ), adult site is one of the many proses that will you see at understanding the internet. Every single friend of mine actually have gone to see adult site at least one. So i am really proud of you to be able to hold your self from visiting them.

Yes, internet is expensive at that time. Actually, in my country, if you compare it with Europe, Japan, Usa and other Advance Country, our speed is still expensive. But it is actually pretty fast if you compare it to the old days, but it still by far inferior to internet speed and price of that country.

Yes, internet in early 2000 is pretty expensive. Since it is not really popular and the network still not been done yet. Expensive and slow, it is really sad isn't it. But actually, Dial Up in my country is still the most expensive internet service, ever. And the speed also very very slow. But i think there are other who still use the service since it has the biggest network because many small island and remote village actually doesn't have any option but using dial up since no ISP have a network that could reach them.

Wow, swear seventeen and you got internet. So accessing adult content actually legal for you at that time. Anyway, yes, at that time, in my country, almost nobody have internet connection at their home, expect for those who has big money. But internet cafe start to growth at that time, it is good although the speed is slow.

LOL, yes, 1999 is the year of bandband, there are many boy band born around that time, and Backstreet Boys is one of them. I can picture you in your school dress, along with your friend searching the picture/ poster of the backstreet boys band. Maybe if you meet your old friend and tell story about it they will laugh to death. Hehehe

hahahah! we often talk about our memories when we were still in elementary and high school, and always laugh on how cheesy and immature we were. hehehe.

i think i was around 15 when i first used the internet. the family could not afford to add more bills before so when the4 big break came in my dad bought a pc and subscribed for an internet connection so we could do our school research at home without spending much on rentals.

LOL, yes, girls those days are sure crazy about boy bands. They song actually not really bad, but i hate when those boy bands dance, and about backstreet boys. I think they have one member that really old, that i think with him in the band, they should change the name to backstreet Man.

hahahah. that's true.. back then it was somewhat okay. But now that they're much older, it looks weird that they still sing and the dance the same way that they did before. hahaha.

Yes. I think they should be embarrassed about what they did at the old time instead of making a new album with "boys" as their band name. It is really sad. The first time I used the internet ..wow I cant believe I remember this! I was in 8th grade, I remember being after school on the computer and a couple of students got online looking at educational sites since in school you couldn't visit any old site. I guess I was 14 at the time

Well good for you then. To Be able to visit internet from school. And it is 8th grade so you actually pretty young when enter the internet. Well yes, many of teen those day, especially the girl, so fall in love with most of boy bands. Well there is actually nothing wrong with it. Anyway, i never see any boy band now, did there is already no boy band now? Well thanks for sharing it with us, boy band lover.:D

I can only think of one boyband that's flourishing, and I don't think they would be going anywhere soon... The Jonas Brothers.. hahaha. I'm not a fan though, I don't get their music, it's too cheesy.. or maybe I'm just already too old to appreciate boy band music.. hahaha.

Well to bad this is the first time i actually hear about those Jonas Brother Boy Bands. But since i now almost never watch MTV or any other music television expect a live performance by some local band, i rarely know any new singer/ band. Especially the international one. Thanks for sharing.
