How to Become More Photogenic?

I don't think there are ways to become photogenic.
Unless we always had to do make over before facing the camera.

I am also not a photogenic one and get conscious with picture takings with friends.
But,i tried to examine which angle i look good (hahaha)

Like,do i look prettier with full smile,half smile,left side view,right side view or front view.
A little chin up,or with dreamy eyes...sort of things.

Then,i keep in mind what pose do i look more pleasing,so,when it is time for picture taking...i know what pose makes me look good

hi getbrowser usually they wont let me take my glasses off so I look like a sour squint eyed woman instead of myself as the glare
from the lens of something messes up the photograph. but the last one insisted on posing me in front of my hubby with me sitting down without my glasses and it sure made a difference.I hate havint my picture taken. on my california id I looked like a woman wanted by the FBI he he. maybe if they could just pose you doing something natural or in a way where you felt comfortable you would photograph much better.

I dont feel scared or self conscious when I am getting my picture taken,
But I havent got a clue as to how to make myself look better in a picture
The picture will just be how I looked at the moment in time the image was captured
Pretend the camera isnt there, be natural, and no forced smiles, that can look awful.
Try and be infront of an interesting background, works for me as it takes the attention of the person viewing the picture some where else, lol

It's not that hard to be photogenic. You just have to practice taking pictures A LOT!
It might sound silly, but the more you practice, the better you get at finding out what looks good on camera, how you should tilt your head, what angle should the camera see, etc. I used to be terrible in pictures, but I just started camwhoring a lot and now I come out good in pictures. Anyone can do it.

For me, it's hard so just smile a natural smile or look relaxed if I know the click of the camera is coming. Kids seem to do it so well! But many don't. This is why I try to get unposed shots of people just being themselves in the middle of a thoughtful or busy moment. I've taken some of my favorite photos of loved ones in that manner.

Tell your friends not to announce, but rather take some pics of you without your knowledge, and see if they look better to you. It takes away any feeling of nervousness if you don't know it's coming.

I hate to be in pictures, but the ones I look best in are those that are not posed for and that I am not aware that they are being taken. I am relaxed and don't worry about how I look. does that make sense?

Everyone can be photogenic in front of camera. Its just the way people smiles with confidence in front of camera that makes them photogenic. Sometimes you have to choose the right angle for you to be photogenic in front of the camera, the right smile and the right pose. Before I always used to stay away from camera because I feel that I'm not photogenic and my picture would turn out to be ugly but then I try not to be camera shy. I looked at my pictures that are ugly then I realized that I have to do other pose or change my smile or angle and everything. It depends on the person. You can be photogenic if you want to.:)

i do love posing for the camera.. i used to look terrible on photos when i was young...


but i learned that there are 'angles' you look best at...


and that's where you should pose when you have your photos taken...

Hi my friend: i'm not a photogenic person but i have learnt that the most you think on how you'd look like the worst photos you'll obtein. The secret is to relax and be as natural as you can in front of a camera. I else recommend you to practice your best expressions in front of a mirror as teenagers sometimes do. This will help you for sure. Lol. XD
At least you'll look better than him Lol. XD

Add me to a few who doesnt like to watch my face in the picture. I just hate it. Of course there are times that I find myself beautiful. However, praising myself is not good. It doesnt mean that I look nice in the picture so far as other people are concerned.

So, I better avoid picture taking rather than be included in it. I dont even have face book account and put all my pictures in it as compared to my two sisters, hehehe.
