How will the time change affect you?

I do not see why we have to keep changing the clocks as it messes everyone up.

Actually, I need the time change to help me cope with the long dark winter..by evening it out a little as opposed to being too long in the dark at either end of the day. Darkness is a cause of depression in lots of people and so, I will tolerate the 3 to 4 days it takes me to re-establish my innerclock to 'acceptable' from 'upside down'.

I still had trouble this morning to get up but noticed the dog was already quite adjusted.. How unfair!

I am one of the few who like the tme change, especially in the spring when we have more daylight during the summer time. It will not take me long to get used to it since I don't have to get up in the mornings at a certain time or go to bed at a certain time.:)

This one won't affect me at all. The one in the Spring always does, makes me tired because my body thinks it's losing an hour of sleep.

Well I think the fall time change is always a nice bonus because we can get that extra hour whether it is used for sleep or something else, how many of us are always asking for an extra hour in the day?
I always say that I am tired of the time changes because it just seems to mess with people more than it seems to help although I also like it in the same because it keeps it daylight longer in the spring and although it gets darker earlier during the winter it also makes it lighter in the winter mornings.

It does take a few days to adjust....but it doesn't matter to me if they do it or not......I do like that it's lighter later...

never take us long used to move across country all the time have lived in all time zone think our longest time to get used to it was moving 2 timezones then DLS time came into affect so we really gained 3 hours

We’ve had daylight saving in Western Australia for the past three years as a trial and it was voted out by the people earlier this year so we no longer have to change our clocks. The annoying thing is that the other side of the country still has daylight saving which means that now there is now a three hour time difference instead of the usual two which can be annoying when trying to do business; most offices on the east coast are closed by 2 p.m.!

I hate it, it takes a couple of weeks before my body gets used to it and I hate the fact it gets dark so early.

It doesn't bother me much because I don't have a job and no real schedule. I just don't see the need for it. When we change in the fall, a rise in pedestrian deaths always occurs and those are needless as far as I'm concerned. We don't need the stupid time change and I wish they would do away with it.
