Do you wear a seat belt when you are in a car?

I always wear my seat belt. I don't think I've ever ridden in a car without wearing my seat belt. I know some people consider it "uncool" or something, but it's the law in my state, and it does make a difference if a crash does happen. I've heard horror stories of people getting stuck in their seat belts after a crash or getting strangled by them, but I still wear one. I believe it does more good than harm.

I always wear a seatbelt. Won't even drive from one side of a parking lot to the other side without mine on. It is a law here but I see many people not wearing them. Guess they feel they are fearless and nothing will happen. I wouldn't run that risk.

I usually take public transportation, like jeepney, tricycle and taxi...and they don't really have seat belts for passengers.

yes only because i kinda have to, i do not see why i have to wear one when i am sitting in the back seat though. there is a time when i did not wear a seat belt and that was the one time where doing that actually saved my life. if i had been wearing one, because of the nature of the accident, it would have broken my neck. go figure.

Yes,I do wear my seat belt in cars. It is the law and I feel much safer. I do, however, know lots of people who have superstitions about them and will not wear them. Our work requires them, but I had one staff who believed it was her option, anyway. She did not realize that even if she said she chose not to, the company would be liable if she rode in our vehicle and did not wear one.

yah its a law here too use seatbelts and lots nah wearing it....and even me coz maybe like the rest don't feel comfy in waering it...

Yes. I had to put seatbelt in the back seats of the car too. I also have it customized to put a sensor near the chest so that it will have an alarm if someone's not using it. Seat belt is a very simple accessory but could saved your life during an accident. Seat belt law is also a law here, but still others don't follow it. Seatbelt could bring the difference between life and death.

Hello jugsjugs! I always wear my seatbelt everytime I'm inside the car. You're right it's against the law here and I don't want to pay $25 just because of the seatbelt...heheheh

jugsjugs hi Here in the US and California we have to all wear seat belts also. If you are stopped and are not wearing you
seat you will get a 200 dollar fine, if you do it more than
once the amount goes up.So it pays for safety sake and to avoid paying a big fine too.I always wear my seat belt when I am in my friend's car. I would not want her to get fined.

Yes i always wear a seat belt while i am either driving or riding in a car in the front seat. If i am in the back seat i usually do not put one on.
