There are men who do work on their marriage!  |

|  This shocked me when i heard this but it shows my friend really loves his wife! His wife has health problems. The biggest problem is depression. To help deal with his wife's depression he sees a therapist so he can learn to deal with his wife's depression! I think that is a very loving husband! I wish more men were like that!

| |  How great it is that he is willing to help her rather than just throw in the towel and walk away. But I do think there are alot of men who work on their marraige simply because the do believ that we should do whatever it takes to make a marriage last.

| |  Yes, he is a very caring and wise man. Living with someone who has problems with depression can be difficult...it takes love and understanding in order to help them. His wife definitely is high on his priority list.

| |  I agree completely. What a refreshing story. We hear so much about how nobody puts any value into marriage anymore, and nobody cares about relationships and they'd rather just give up, get divorced/break up and start a new one. Apparently this guy never got that memo, and I think that's terrific. I hope his wife understands how lucky she is to have him.

| |  I think that is very nice of him to do that for his wife also. Alot of men do not take the time to even listen or understand when a woman is going through depression. He is a very caring man.

| |  i think having your spouse suffering from depression as well as other health problems would be difficult for a lot of people - not just men. he sounds like a very caring and comitted person.
