Getting bored here at mylot..

thanks for the reply but 500 post per day you must be out of mind..it took me months to reach 500 posts and 5 cent a post would kill this site.. there is not enough money in advertising to pay this much money to the members.. this site enjoy it and money would come though less and slowly.. i have lost motivation here i think.

I want tanks you, gunjanpri, because you let me laugh for a while.
I guess, due you are a member here since 8 months and already posted something around 100 posts, that you should know is pratically impossible post 500 posts per day.
Anyway, if you could do that every day for several months, you will really get lot of money, but.... I guess you will need much more money to pay the psychiatric help you will need after done that big job .

yes if anyone can post 500 post everyday then he must be superman because i donot think even the fastest one can post more than 20 posts per hour and may be gunjan said everyday by mistake and i am sorry gunjan by saying u must be out of your mind..it was rude of me.. i hope you forgive me for that.

Heh, it's hard to reach 100 posts a day, let alone 500. Yes, though MyLot doesn't pay much for posts, it is fun to participate in discussions. However on the other hand, MyLot can make you lose track of a lot of time, resulting in neglecting other things.

You are right. One day I posted around 30 comments but I got only $0.05.

to get more money per comment you need to write atleast 4 to 5 lines in your response and you would get 1 cent for each comment.. so dont worry your time to earn here would come soon..just try to be lengthy.

Thanks for the response and for me it is even impossible to reach 20 respnses everyday leave aside 100 which i dont think i would ever be able to do ... yes there is hardly any money here but then sites dont get enough in ads and we as a member hardly click adds on my lot so even what they pay is good enough.

That's the reason why Mylot pays so little. So many people use Mylot to make money, they would go bankrupt in a day if they tried to pay them more. Because if they did, then suddently everyone would post terrible responses to everything and they would be forced to pay them five cents per one-lined post.

Wow, I never knew that we have to post 4 to 5 lines just to get 1 friggin' cent. lol. Actually, doing discussions with being paid as a motivation is very cool. Although, I am still sure that it will take use so much time just to get one payout.

Talking about payout, anybody knows what the minimum is?

$10 dollars is the min. payout. When talking about myLot as for pay, I am thankful they pay us at all. I mean think about it, this is fun.. To be able to talk about ANYTHING WE WANT and GET PAID FOR IT??? Am I wrong to think of this as a blessing?? Then I get to the point mintioned of getting bord of myLot, go outside, I wish I could get on here enough to get bord. I tax my mind waiting on the minuet I can make it back here. A balance is what is needed your case of getting bord. Too much of anything is not good. The last point I seen was the 4-5 lines, one should want to take time to dedicate 4-5 lines, when possible, to respond to someone. I am not trying to gripe, and hope no one gets offended with me. I just know, even me, in life takes things for grantit. Life is too beautiful and being able to come to myLot, and talk about everything, others opinions, beliefs, being able to share mine with others, finding and waiting for friends to reply, being happy to look forward to good e-mails, and getting paid for it, WOW makes me wonder, who could wanna complain??? The only thing I can complain about is more than 3 smilies LOL

Hi friends thanks all who have added comment to this guunjanpri response and yes it is right that they want 4 to5 line post.. i think the idea is so make a responser stay long enough on one page that he might read ads or something.. and might want him to click the ad ..unless ads dont get clicked it is impossible for the site to keep going.. so i think we shd atleast see what ads are there and if we find smething interesting we shd click that ad and chk out.

Hi lupin, well it doesnt matter how many responses you get because you are paid for the activity you do and not what others do here .. so if you want to earn from that 100 response discussion then you have to response to each and every response you get just like i am doing it right now. But it is very difficult to get 100+ responses..i can tell you.. this is my best response discussion and it is still 49.

thanks for the responding to my discussion and i feel exactly the same and i hope i get out of this mood..u have nailed right non head that i dont feel like responding to any discussion.. i am just 1.40 $ away from the payout but in this mood i donot think i would be able to make out this month at all.

As mentioned before, try going out and enjoying the day.
When one sits in one place or does the same thing over and over
it is east to get depressed. Sadly, I do the same, not with myLot, but
with daily life. I have tons of clothes for 5, cooking, cleaning, trash,
yard work, it seems overwelming alot. I am working now on getting past the depressed point. myLot is a release for me. When I get really down I don't want to do anything, not even get on here, sadly this day in age we haft to put the effort to see things as Beautiful. That is all I was trying to say before.

thanks for the response and i think coming this from someone who has over 5500 posts means a lot.. I am sure taking a rest would do me good and i am thnking of taking rest from internet for a week or so .. so i must be feeling hungry enough to come back on net and mylot.

im same too but i know i got potential to make money here but i think my problem is on how to manage my time,.. i just post 2-3 per day sometimes i just read.. anyway i like stay here in mylot

thanks for the response and yes you are right and i too find most of the discussions are repitition on previous one and i m sure this discussion someone must have put beofre me too and sometimes it really hurts when someone steals your discussion and he/she being more senior here and well known gets far too many responses than the you who created original discussion.
