Can you believe this?

So Pelosi thinks we are unAmerican when we speak ("interrupt) at these meetings?! She is a little Hitler, I'm surprised people haven't realized it quicker.

The people won't stand for this, there is a demonstration scheduled for this Thursday. If we can stay awake and outraged and think of our children, they won't succeed. I pray that the people will find their backbone and take our country back before we accept a "health care" bill that robs us of our loved ones.

Thanks for bringing this out into the light, I had not heard about it. I think there are probably lots of these incidents that have been hidden by the media.

I wathced the video. I think he could have handled it a little better than yelling but still he just wants to know if his son will be insured to the point that he needs. I can understand his concerns. I don`t even understand the reform bill at all. It`s too confusing. One person will say one thing and another will dispute it. When are they gonna put it in words we all can understand? I`m not a stupid person but that bill seems to keep changing and who can make any sense of it? I hear Obama say things about the bill then I hear someone else, like a representative or congressman say something completly different. I did like what this man said about putting their family on this plan and see if it works for them.Personally I am scared to death that no one will have help. And what about this fine for not having insurance? I thought if you couldn`t afford insurance that you would automatically get the government insurance. So why would this mans son not be covered/ Medicaid and medicare right now sucks anyway. The share of cost they have now is ridiculous. Sorry for such a long response but it really burns me what they are doing to us and we can`t stop them.

I live in Michigan close to where this father lives. And as I am a mother of a C.P. child this outrages me! And it sickens me that he is being threatened over this! What is this country coming to?

The linked video was IMO an excellent example or just how devastatingly this proposed health care bill would affect American citizens.
I am a proud Naturalized American citizen and this has to be the worse political time I have ever experienced. What Obummer and his staff of thugs are doing to this wonderful country is beyond belief. Everything Obummer has done and is doing will destroy what made this country great. I agree that our health care system needs to be overhauled but I am amazed that people do not understand that this proposed health care bill, with it's public option, reducing medicare services yet paying for illegals (foreign criminals) coverage is the last thing we need!!!!

How can it rightfully be called a town hall meeting if we aren't allowed to share our views. I thought that was what a town hall meeting was all about. Those with special needs are just as human as the next person and in the health care system, EVERY person deserves care. I'm not in favor of this health care system because it is so flawed and it is so filled with pork. However, I also think that the healthcare system in this country needs to be fixed, but it is not being done in the right way.

What happened to this man is shameful but not surprising. It goes right along with how the Democrats behave. If you disagree with them, you're un-American, or stupid, or "AstroTurf" or any number of names they can think of to call you with their arrogant, elitist, condescending regard for the American people. They don't want to hear anyone call them on the carpet about their beloved government controlled health care. Even though all the polls show that the American people don't want it, they are determined to jamb it down our throats whether we want it or not and it has nothing to do with a concern for anyone's health.

Everyone should be acutely aware that the reason they want "government controlled health care" has absolutely NOTHING to do with health care and EVERYTHING to do with "government control". The whole health care issue is nothing but a mechanism to widely expand government control. It's all part of the master plan. Obama himself stated that the so called "government option" is the first step to a "single payer system" which is government-speak for a health care system totally run by the government and all private health care will eventually be phased out. THAT is what is at stake with the health care bill. A total takeover by the federal government.

That is awful isn’t it? I don’t live in America and I feel for anyone who has to care for anybody else with a disability; it is one of the hardest jobs in the world and to be treated like that just for speaking out is appalling. I don’t understand how anyone can refuse care to those who need it; what kind of world is this turning into? What is the point of a meeting if views are not heard?

I am just lost for words. This man, is a dad of a special needs child. He deserved to have his voice heard. I didn't see a man trying to cause trouble. I saw a dad, trying to get answers. I think before these leaders have these town hall meetings, they need to get their facts straight. They need to know that not everyone is going to bend over and get screwed by them. I agree with this dad, before forcing a medical plan on us, they need to put their own families on this plan. I honestly don't know much about this plan, because there hasn't been much about it on the news, just that Obama is trying to get it passed. I think it's scary that these things can happen without taxpayers being able to vote on it.

Americans are losing their freedom a little bit each day. As an American, we should be allowed to vote on what we want, instead of having it pushed down our throats to the point that we choke on it.

Also, this dad and his family shouldn't be threatened over what he did. He has every God given right to express his concerns. The goofy bald looking guy could kiss my butt for all I care, if it wasn't for Americans, he wouldn't even have a job.

Personally it is quite amazing that he is acting like this. I would think it is a mockery to a lot of people out there, and I wonder what people like Sarah Palin also thinks since she has a Special needs child as well. Personally I cannot believe there are people out there thinking this will be a good thing. From someone like me who is Diabetic and a lot of issues stemming from being so at times, his Health Care plan ideas scare me, and I think all we can do is Pray and hope for the Best from there.
