 In class last Monday night my instructor presented a theory about how we function. People born in the morning hours are more of a "day" person, they function better during the early morning hours and they tend to go to bed earlier. She found that most of the people that she talked to who were born in the afternoon and late night were more of a "night owl" person who would be up late and go to bed in the wee hours of the morning.
Were you born in the A.M. or P.M. hours? Do you follow this theory???

1.  Slurpiee (100) | 4 weeks ago |  I was born late night. My mom was shooting pool and hopped off a pool table, which then in turn her water broke. Lol. So basically I was almost born in a bar. I totally agree with that now that I have read it. I have always been more of a "night owl" than anything else.

Of course I could be one of those rare species that just doesn't do what is normal for others. LOL! Its a good theory, but doesn't hold true for me. Best wishes!

I am a night person but there are times that I get up really early and go to bed early it just depends if I tooka nap or not!! I think it is all up to the person. Did you get enough rest? Did yoe take a nap during the day? Did you get up early? or go to sleep early? What kind of work do you do. Is it s tiring kind of job like contruction worker for example? It can be alot of things. who knows the truth??? LOL
