What a bad Team lead I have  |

 My team leader is extremely mean minded person and its driving me nuts. He is finding and applying every means to show me downwards. It is not that I am not trying for jobs. But it seems I am knocking at wrong doors. I have attended few interviews in other companies but yet to hear from them. Some companies are taking new people but when I apply I get no response. But I think I have got enough qualifications and experience. Plus the interviews were quite good.They should have informed me whatever they may decide, good or bad.I am really very worried about the situation.I know it will be good to leave this job at the earliest.

Maybe you are over experienced and these other jobs think they have to pay you more than they want to pay out because you are overqualified. I've been told that before bluntly. lol I hope you find something soon and something that you really enjoy and where you will have nice people to work for.

a really good job.I would not hesitate to call the places where you had interviews as it might actually do some good. I hope you do get a job as soon as possible. my
own son was laid off almost a year ago and is still out of wor k, we never thought that he wo uld not get a new job soon as he is a qualified computer programmer but so far he has not found a job. it split us up so i am in a retirement center three nmiles from where he is now he did get help from the gov. to get into an apartment with three other men so they have an address so they can look for work.

Don't worry, you will click somewhere or the other pretty soon. We don't know what the company expects from us, I mean some may prefer freshers for the salary reasons due to recession. You just have to keep trying.....

If your present working environment is not conducive then you should quit and look for a place that can fit well with you.
