Stars in the Sky and Gabs....

Yep you read right
There is me walking little Gissi, who as usual walks in front my Feet, we went to the ark where he does not need his Lead on, as I looked up I noticed the Sky was filled with Stars, I just love looking at the Sky when the Stars are out, it always gives me this feeling of Peace and freedom, when I was going through the bad times in my Life, when ever the Stars where out, I would sit outside for hours just escaping and feeling the Peace, just forget for a while, just feel I am worth something for a while, well anyway, the Stars are out tonight, Gissi is having a good run around and watering every tree and Bush in sight, I am slowly walking along watching the Stars enjoying the Beauty of the sky, the feeling of peace, till Gissi barked, I looked to see what he is was barking at, well his own Shadow, I tried to explain to him that it was his shadow but no stupid is still barking at his own Shadow, so I went back to looking at the stars, the Peace gone with Silly still having a go at his shadow 
I am walking back to the Path watching the Stars.......... next thing...... I was on my Butt, well the grass was damp.......so my butt got damp pretty fast, Gissi gave up on his Shadow come charging up to me and jumped up at me, so I ended up with these tiny paw prints all over me, then to make it worse one of the Girls walked by that works in the Shop, she says, Gabs no wonder you are ill if you go sitting on wet Grass, get up before you get worse, ......yeah right funny.........I told her what happened and she burst out laughing, Gissi was still trying to cover my Face with his Kisses, thinking I am down there to play with him, he then nips my Nose because I gently pushed him away so I could get up, as I put my hands out to get up he nipped my Nose, which he does when I will not play, yeah thanks Gissi needed that to on top of the wet Butt
Well needless to say on the way home I was NOT watching the stars I was watching where I was going specially because the little Fellow kept jumping up at my Leg.................I am sure he was laughing at me 
So what have you been up to tonight anything as exciting as me????????????

Sorry gabs but...ROFLMBOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Just because you are alone and walking while looking up at the stars doesn't mean you should just stop looking where your walking at. I'm surprised you didn't trip head over heels into a lake or walk into a tree. Gissi was funny thinking you suddenly wanted to play on his level. Doing nothing today really. I was going to work out in the yard all day but woke up to rain. Now I'm here in mylot and over at facebook.

Well you both know me and know what I am like, hey I have walked into a Lamp post before now so the tree would have made a nice change
But I love the Sympathy I got of the little Fellow, yeah never mind the Butt hurts Mum lets play
I mean he was the silly one chasing and barking at his own Shadow but did he trip......NO.......it just happens to me

Like the rest of us whenever you end up on your butt there is always someone you know around to see you. It always best to keep your sense of humor. We had a clear night full of stars early but by1}30 when Sadie needed to go out the final time the clouds were back, no stars just icey.

It must be very cold with you there, we have just got over some storms it is cold but not to cold if you know what I mean, be careful on the Ice

Oh my how did you slip and fall?
was it the wet grass or was it ice?
and hope ya didnt hurt yourself but I bet it was afunny site tho as long as ya didnt get hurt! and Gissi was making sure you was ok!
Not night here yet but nothing that exciting as you is going on as I bet I dont get back out!

Nothing so interesting as what you get up to my friend. I have a doctor's appointment today. I haven't been for months as I get no joy from going...I come out the same way I go in....in pain, unhappy and uncomfortable and wondering why he doesn't listen to me and try to fix me.
Gabs, I accidentally deleted you a few minutes ago, sorry about that...it was meant to be the guy next to you. I've put in a FR to you.

Living where I do reduces my options. I like this doctor but he's very busy. We have a doctor shortage in the country in Australia. I didn't get to see him. My car broke down about half way there and I was left sitting in well over 40 degree heat for about an hour and a half. My car has been towed away for repair about 110 klms away. it's 8:45pm now and it's still 37 degrees that's 97 degrees Fahrenheit.

I feel bad saying this -but as you are not hurt... LMAO!
I have not had anything that exciting happen to me recently.
Although a few years ago I had one of my dogs decide she was going to chase something in the snow - and I having NO traction was quickly yanked off my feet AND Dragged a few feet in the snow before the darn dog even realized my yelling was NOT encouragement!
Then I had the wet butt and leg and back and everything.. And on top of that what I didn't realize till a couple hours later..was on the initial fall to the ground My keys and cell phone and everything else in my jacket pocket had spilled out in the snow. I figured it out when I spent 10 minutes looking for my car keys and realizing that I hadn't misplaced them in the house.. and that everything that should have been in my pocket was not there. lol. Then I remembered the fall I tried so hard to forget and I had to go outside and dig through the snow for my stuff.
The dog did not have a clue.. and I bet if she did- she just would have laughed at me anyway. :)

Lol don't feel bad I was a bit sore but nothing major lol
I hope you didn't get hurt goodness I have seen that happen in comedies and I have to say I had to laugh that has not happened to me yet lol and I hope it never does, the worse thing I have done is walk into a Lamp post years ago now that was embarrassing

Lol it's ok I would have laughed to if it would not have been me and hurt lol, but I kept the Kids entertained as they kept calling Do it again Mummy yeah as if I do not think so lol

Yea, I didn't really get hurt- the show cushioned my fall and made it easier for her to drag me across the yard.. I bet if i wasn't in my shoes I would have been laughing too.. :-/
I did see my aunt run into a telephone pole- and I know it hurt her A LOT - But I could not help laughing - It was Damn Funny!
How could she not see the telephone pole.. it's not like it wasn't there.. and then it was.... lol
I am sorry - don't mean to make fun of your lamp post incident either.. HAHA ok. maybe I do.. I am glad it has been a few years and you have had time to "get over it" lol Or is that something you never do get over, hehe?

No, nothing exciting at all. I am going to read some guidelines and go do a mystery shop and post it. It will be fun. I made cornbread. Went to church this morning. Went to a pizza buffet at lunch, that is about it.

Hi Gaby and Gissi. Fun in the park hey? Well, as long as you didn't hurt yourself - and it appears you didn't - it added a bit of fun to your night.
What did I do? Well, you will find this most unusual for me, but I took a couple of hours off (Yes. I AM still very busy!) and I sat and watched a favourite movie with my hubby. Soppy, sentimental me, I think Ever After the Cinderella story, is really good and I couldn't resist seeing it again.

My Back hurts a bit but no nothing serious but your Nephew is just so charming I mean why did have to notice, he could have carried on chasing his shadow instead of jumping all over me

Wow, gabs! That is quite an entertaining account of your evening! I know I would have laughed til I peed if I had seen all this going on.
Not that I take pleasure in anyone's pain, mind you. Just the series of events and knowing that nothing was hurt but your pride (and perhaps your nose after Gissi had a go at it), I'd have quite a chuckle!
I've walked into things while star-gazing before but never slipped on wet grass, although I have slipped on ice before and ended up on my bottom, getting not only quite embarrassed but also freezing my behind off.
I like star-gazing, too. Whenever the sky is particularly clear and, as long as it's not too friggin cold outside, you'll find me out there with my head up, looking at the stars in astonishment. I was particularly amazed when I was in the Caribbean, where there is no moon. Seeing just how many stars are visible from that vantage point at night, along with the awesome amount of shooting stars, is something I'd highly recommend to anyone!
Now, about tonight. Mine has been rather boring. I spent a lot of time outside today because it was unseasonably warm and the sun was shining bright after 4 days of rain and clouds. I had some new (very small) bushes to plant before winter sets in, along with seeding perennial flower seeds, so I took advantage of it today which used up my alottment of energy for the day. So, I've been watching movies on TV. The last was Serenity, which I love. Interview With A Vampire is just coming on now so I think I'll bow out of here now and get busy being lazy again.

Lol nope did not hurt myself bad, as for the Nose nipping used to that lol
I have only ever seen a falling Star once and it was so amazing
Your evening sounds rather relaxing we should have swapped next time you can take Gissi out lol and I will do what you where doing
Mind you once I came back into the warm had my Shower and my Tea I just snuggled up on the Settee with my Laptop and Gissi who was pushing the Laptop away as he wanted to lie on Mum lol and relaxed with Gissi Laptop and TV

great photo. what a cutie he is. just like my coco here, he seems to be the best thing in your life. sounds just like something coco would do. right now tonight shes not exciting me but son has been laughing at her because she begged a piece of his chips and they are hot, so shes been throwing it in the air and barking at it thats what she does if you give her something she dont really want.

lol! I could just see you sitting there on the wet grass, there are no stars out where I am, just pitch darkness and lots of clouds, the weather has been so bad of late but it is much warmer tonight, I'm sweating, no I haven't done anything ecxiting today but got up very late, wasted the whole morning, bad. Love and hugs.

I shall put him on the train with a tag round his Color saying he has to go to Brighton ok
As long as Malcolm can pick him up from the Station
Lol well I think maybe not as I would get bored

hi gabs not last night but yesterday morning my best friend Nelda took me to the opening of the new Tustin Library dedication ceremony. I had worked for 23 years in the old cramped Tustin Library so was anxious to see if any of my coworkers would be
at the dedication ceremony.I met Margo,one of the first people I had ever worked with at the old library. then I went and got a few books to check out, and oh my God. there was Kyokoa, and Loretta, and Clare. they all hugged me and wanted to know where Ihad been, so of course I told them. then I met Carol the head of the volunteers library people. We had a talk and a hug too. It was so special to me. the dedication was held out doors on top of where the old library used to be. Oh gabs that new library is ultra modern with good lightening and tons of computers, even a computer lab,its just beautiful and i am so glad she made me go with her. it was just fantastic to see the old gang again and the new ultra modern library,.it is just gorgeous inside.

cute story but a wet butt well now that is well ok another story, anyway I enjoy the stars to and they move suddenly and jump around it seems. I had an experience to that almost and my butt was wet and got alot of stares did she or did she not? wet herself? anyway I was looking at the clouds today and it seem like the jets left xxx in the sky and it is amazing how you think of things and numbers when the clouds move. it is relaxing .
