| my activity | Eskimo responded to a discussion called Is Car Exhaust More Dangerous Than Second-Hand Smoke.... 4 weeks ago I don't smoke (although my mother did), and can't stand being near anyone who smokes, I find it irritating and unpleasant. Here in Scotland smoking has been banned in public places for some time, also banned in work places (including any vehicle being used as part of your work). It's also banned in hospital grounds (including private cars in the grounds) although this doesn't seem to be acted o... | | Eskimo responded to a discussion called Have you bought cloth diapers on eBay? in cloth diapering. 3 weeks ago Even though the UK and Canada share a common heritage (or at least some parts), parts of the language are totally different. Cloth diapers?, Fuzzibuns? flatfolds?, pocket totally meaningless on this side of the pond. [em]rofl[/em]
I assume cloth diapers are similar to our terrilyene nappies, which we used when our children were babies (now grown up and left home), but the rest I've never he... | | Eskimo responded to a discussion called Have you ever gone on a cruise? in travel. 3 weeks ago Yes I have. first one a few years back was on the River Rhine, started in Cologne and had 7 days cruising on Rhine (and also Moselle). Cruised from early morning to lunch time, then had time to visit the towns that we stopped at. finished at Koblenz. Most relaxing holiday I had had at the time. [em]happy[/em]
Since then took family on cruise to Norway (from Southampton) traveled round the fj... | | Eskimo responded to a discussion called Waste of Time in internet. 4 weeks ago I used to do this a few years ago, when I first started on the internet. There was a firm called Beenz which you could collect for lots of different activities including just visiting sites, but also got them for buying on the internet as well. I was able to use these Beenz to get shopping vouchers and vouchers for cinema as well. [em]happy[/em] It went bust a number of years ago because of the... | | Eskimo responded to a discussion called I'm losing my cellphone load! in cell phone. 3 weeks ago I object to anything like this, and believe that companies should not be allowed to send messages at all. As far as I'm concerned my phone is my own personal property and only calls and texts I get should be from people who know me.
These companies which send unsolicited messages should be banned by law, and shut down.[em]angry[/em]

Metabolic rate differs in people as well, someone with a high metabolic rate could be very underweight while a low metabolic rate could lead to over weight. Should people with a medic... | | Eskimo responded to a discussion called Do you sneeze when you eat mint candies/tablets? in general health. 2 weeks ago Yes it happens to me, thought I was the only one who sneezed after eating peppermint sweets. Like you it only happens at the first few seconds.[em]happy[/em]
I call it a 'peppermint sneeze' and think its fun, although it may actually be caused by some kind of allergy. [em]lol[/em] | | Eskimo commented in a discussion called Have you ever gone on a cruise? in travel. 3 weeks ago I've had a river cruise (Rhine) and two Ocean ones (one to Norway, other to France (Brest), Spain (Vigo) and Portugul (Lisbon). Great holidays, and would totally recommend them, not as expensive as they used to be, especially if you can get discounts for them. | | Eskimo commented in a discussion called Have you ever gone on a cruise? in travel. 2 weeks ago Would like to cruise to St Petersburg as well. However if you want to tour the city on your own you need a visa from Russia. Organised tours arranged by the tour company (direct from the ship) don't usually require a visa as that is organised by the tour company, but you have to stay with the tour party at all times. | | Eskimo commented in a discussion called Fat tax on over weight persons in travel. 3 weeks ago Unfortunately many people have medical conditions which prohibits them from losing weight, even when eating very little. [em]sad[/em]
Do you think they should suffer even more by making them pay extra for travel. | | | | | | | | http://eskimo-eskimo.blogspot.com/
