What can you buy to somebody who 'has everything'?  

Get her some chocolates or things that she would eat[even if it si some speical fruit/dryfruit pack it is alright. She cannot complain about this .

perhaps i will give her sth. made with my own hands. it is not expensive but i put my feeling and my good wishes into it. for example, you can give her a birthday card made by yourself. she will appreciate it for you have spend much time and energy on it.

Try to make her somethin original if you put more thought into it I guarntee it will pay off. If you dont feel like doing something like that she probably doesnt have EVERYTHING she wants and needs so give it more thought you may get a really good idea.

I suggest that you find the best photo of you and her together, then framed it and make decorations on the frame. She will appreciate your effort and she'll be able to remember you always everytime she will see the picture frame that you made.

For me what I did for my sisters was I started them a scrapbook and for each birthday and christmas I add another page for them. It's great because its something they can hold onto forever and it's a more personal touch.

For friends what I've done in the past is find a really nice frame that you can put either one or multiple pictures in and then I've put in pictures of me with my friend and then decorated the frame. Again its a cheap gift, but it has so much personal value with it that it's worth me than something more expensive.

Just give her anything that she likes for its impossible for a person to have everything ther must be something she don't have yet that she needed badly & you must know it for you are close to her.

I guess other than a cake, I won't give anything. If you can hand baked it yourself, the cake will be worth more than gifts. And every other day, always show your concern, care and company. I think that's what your friend is looking for, a sincere friend in you.
