Yesterday for a long while, I hadn't been back to Burger King for a double whopper. Because yesterday I got out of work early, and I didn't really have lunch. So I stop by the one of the closest Burger King joint near my house, and grab a burger to fill up my stomach. I noticed that the price was up, and I don't exactly sure whether the burger is a slightly bigger or remain the same. It was the same to me as always. But I remember that I used to pay $4.50 for the double whopper, now it is about $6.78. Have you noticed it?

oh my g. are you sure? they have really gone up. I have always paid $4.50 for a double whopper but have not been back for months and months. thats outrageous, even C arls Junior I dont think charges that much, but again since being in Gold Crest I havent
been out to get a hamburger, miss that too.but six dollars thats like going to a real restaurant at that price.

I kid you not. I paid $6.00 for that double whopper, and I only go medium, not large yet. That is the price I paid for. I just didn't think that price would go up that fast, and I probably order from Chinese restaurant take out order better. A fried rice only around $4.00 with chicken wings in it.

Chances are, your burger isn't bigger, you're just being mugged in front f your own eyes. But to be completely honest. You stand rather lucky. I live in England... And essentially a meal costs £4.99 ish... Maybe a burger alone £3.75... this being up to about $9 in your country. Everything seems so much cheaper in the US....

Hello felice, don't they feed you at the restaurant you work at my dear, it seems a bit silly to spend all night working with food and then have to buy fast food on your way home afterwards. I used to advise your sister Clorissa to try and save money by taking a sandwich to work with her instead of squandering money on these expensive take aways, I'm suprised she didn't pass on my advice to you.

I haven't ate at that plce in like over 8 years. I am glad I don't now it seems you could make one of your own at home for a lot cheaper.

Just lately, I have noticed that the price of many things has increased. It annoys me when the price of something is increased without me knowing, because when I normally go out, I usually plan it so I have enough money to spend on certain things so I don't end up wasting money on extra stuff that I never intended to buy

well i used to have the burger of burger king before and i prefer mcdonalds burger but you know all these burger brand cheat us , they claim that they are giving big burger and with lots of extra thing and all and that's why the price is changed and is bit higher but actually it is not like that , they make the burger in a way that it looks big , i have worked in a brand as a part timer and they used to do this and fool people by saying that the burger is big.

I have not had a Whopper in some time, and I have not had a double Whopper ever but that does seem like a large price. I used to work at Burger King many years ago and the whopper was $2.50 back then and the double Whopper was $3.50. Wow how prices have rissen. I did get a fish sandwich at Burger King a couple of weeks ago and it was huge. Too big in my opinion. I was eating it while driving and the bun and the fish kept breaking off, it was a huge mess, the price was up on that. I can't believe they think making things bigger and raising the price is a good idea in this economy and with all the bad health statistic.
