Have you ever done weight watchers?

My husband and I are starting weight watchers tomorrow. Have you ever done it?

Hey lady, What do u mean by weight watcher? Can u explain that a bit more? If its checking yr weight, then yes i do it every week in my gym. Good thing to do and keep it in control. Cheers, Tutul

Weight Watchers is a weight loss company here in the US, they have a set diet plan that you follow and you can either keep track on line or go to meetings weekly where you are weighed in before the meeting.

Hey again, Well lady iam not discouraging you , but we have those in the name of slimming centres here. I would say its a waste of money and its for people who just dont have any control over their body. Few simple exersixes like walking or brisk walk and then jog for 30 mins a day will get u in the desired shape u want to. A lil bit effort like using staircase instead of lifts, doing some manual work and things like gardening, washing yr own car etc will do a lot of good. Try doing yoga and there is an exersixe where u have to lay down and make 'O' with yr leg. Its believed u lose 200 gms, if u do it 20 times a day! Iam going to gym for a long time, and in my opinion involve more protein in yr food and eat raw foods as much as possible. U will be very much in control, instead of wasting your valuable money. Well good luck to you it is supposed to be very effective.Never been myself but thinking about it.having your husband with you and doing it together will be fun.It is always hard when one of you wants to eat certain foods and take excerise and the other one does not,doing it together is a really good way of losing weight and getting fit.

I joined weight watchers about three years ago. But it's not the international WW , which is expensive, it's the local one which is very cheap. I like going to WW meetinghs. Im not always successful in loosing weight, but the people there are very supportive. They dont make you follow an exact diet. They are quite flexible in the dieting options one can try. Good Luck.

Hi Lady! I haven't tried WW. I have done Jenny Craig and also Weigh Down Workshop. I liked both of them! They were very good for me. I am starting another venture in weight loss (Many kids later!) and I'm journaling about it in one of my newly started discussions. Feel free to stop by and leave any tips you have! Yes I have and was on it until I got pregnant again. It did not work at first for me but then I found out I had some medical reasons that caused this to happen. Now that I am on medication for those W.W. did work but it was no over night thing. Interesting thing I found out a few months after joining some insurance companies (health and home) will pay for or cover W.W. fees as it is for healthy living.

I have not done Weight Watchers, but it is basically the original weight loss program, and it would not still be going strong if it was not successful. I have known people who have lost weight and gotten healthy with Weight Watchers, and I wish you and your husband the best. The fact that you are doing it together makes it even more likely that you will succeed.

several times when I was younger but I am still big I just cant stick to a diet or if you prefer healthy eating plan.
