What kind of valintine's day crafts are you making?

I went online and found directions for making a valentine wreath and modified it to make my own. But it didn't end up being a wreath. Not sure what it ended up being. Oh well, I hope my friends liked it because I gave it to them for a birthday present. 4 of us have birthdays in February, my brother, two friends of mine who are husband and wife and me. So it's a challenge to make things. I'm still thinking about what to make my husband for Valintine's Day. Got any ideas?

I don't celebrate valentine's day but my brother does and I create collages of pictures for him and his girlfriend. This makes them happy and I am glad that I bring joy to someone. If you are good at photoshop try making a collage. But if you are not just buy colourful papers and decorations and create cards.

Collages sound like a great idea for my brother. I don't know how to do photoshop, but maybe I should learn. He would like pictures of when he was younger.

Happy Birthday. Hope you have or had a great day. Am sure your friends loved the wreaths even if they didn't look like wreaths. It's the thought that counts. Am not working on anything for Valentine's Day. I pretty much don't do seasonal crafts unless I get on a mission to complete Christmas crafts a good part of the year. My husband bought so cute singing cards this morning for our grandkids. They will love them. He also sends our kids cash which always works very well. Maybe make your husband his favorite meal for dinner on the 14th. Always can get to a man's heart via their tummy..lol

I feel the same way you do. My finances are still recovering from Christmas and taxes and insurance, etc. I think hand made cards are they way to go. I just found some red construction paper. Take care

It turned out weird. Like a basket, but not a basket. I would have, but I had to get it to them for their birthdays. I sent both for the same time.

It would have been fun to see what it turned out like! I just did my Valentines...but I have quite a few to make as I send them to my kids...grandkids...sisters....brother...etc. So it was very time consuming!

That is a lot of them! The more you make and the more you individualize, the more it is!
