Do you like to have your curtains in the windows and doors?  

I like the way curtaikns look on a window. All of our windows have curtains. It helps sometimes to be able to shut curtains as well, and block out the sun when you need it to be dark.

I like having mini-blinds in my windows, but then I usually have a valance at the top that matches the decor or color theme in that room. I've never really liked just curtains or drapes. I have installed mini-blinds in two rooms so far, and plan on putting them in the living room as well. I like those because you can eith have them closed for privacy or can open them as little or as much as you want to let light in.

I am person who likes to have curtains in my windows but not in my doors. I find it more elegant if my windows have curtains on it. Epecially if the design is so classic and simple. I am particular with the design of my curtains.

I do! Especially when the sun is really bright. It also helps you with your privacy, so that your neighbors wont see what you are doing inside your house. It also adds a little style and design.

i like hanging curtains on my window but not on doors. I also like them when they are my my favorite color of if it matches well with the interior design.

Curtains will not a playarea of mosquitoes if the area is clean anyway and no stagnant water are near the area. However, having a curtain requires a bit more intense cleaning because its prone to dust accumulation.

I don't like them in my door ways. I like them only at my window. I think the door way has too much traffic. They would need to constantly be washed.

I'd prefer to have curtains on my windows but not on the doors. I think curtains are useful for house decorations, for covering your house from bright sunlight or for privacy if you put it in the bedroom.

Hi, geniustiger. I like to have curtains to my windows. But not my doors. If I had a front or back door that had a window to it, I will put curtains to my window. I don't want someone to look inside of my home then. I am unsure about the mosquitoes coming in more.. But, I do know that curtains can attract any kinds of pest. I once had an curtain to my kitchen window and it attracted heaps of flies. There were so many that kept coming. I kept killing them and they kept on coming. It was like it was swarms of flies..

I too like to have curtains around normally, but when I moved into my flat it came without curtains or curtain rails, and though I did get permission to put them up myself, I decided against the idea because my view changed. I am lucky that my flat is too high to be seen into and so curtains aren't needed as no one can spy on me, but more than that I feel that putting them up would change the ambience of the place. I guess I like the wide openness of being able to see the city without moving any material aside, it makes my mind feel freer and less restricted somehow. If in the future I move into an actual house though I will most certainly have curtains because I wouldn't want people to be able to watch me go about my daily life (even if it is just seeing me type a response on mylot lol).
