Do you agree with President Sarkozy that Obama may be insane?

I don't know French and perhaps something was lost in translation but here's the article:
http://canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/21864
Apparently Sarkozy says that Mr. Obama is acting dangerously and not taking any advice into account in his decisions. The article says in part, "According to this report, Sarkozy was “appalled” at Obama’s “vision” of what the World should be under his “guidance” and “amazed” at the American Presidents unwillingness to listen to either “reason” or “logic”."
What do you think? Is it just a matter of disagreeing on how to govern or does Sarkozy really hold that opinion? Do you think Obama is one brick shy of a load or is he merely narcissistic and headstrong?

Did you not know that all US presidents and high-ranking officials are equipped with implants, that would make them act very non-logical, seeing there are always under directives? I think that Sarkozy may just have encountered and witnessed a doppelganger upfront!

EAugustin, thanks for posting a link to "Faces of Saddam Hussein"! Whether or not people believe that with our advances in Technology we indeed have doppelgangers in our midst, the fact remains that such is true!
And yes, I have noticed that president Obama seems to change diction: I especially find his "sing-song" diction very humorous! You know, because I have not watch TV for quite sometime and have only seen the president during his inaugural speech, I cannot attest to this.

... I cannot attest to this finding yet. US presidents do have GPS implants and it would not be a far-fetched believe that president Obama may actually have a double!

I certainly do not think that I am qualified to say Obama is insane. It is bad enough to think that an arrogant, narcissistic, egoist is running our country without adding madman to his list of personality traits.

I think your description is more apt than Sarkozy's. He either was overreacting or someone did not translate correctly.

You catch more flies with honey than you do with vinegar. I can still remember when he paraded around the idea of mandatory health insurance as being a bad thing, and he slammed Hillary for supporting the idea.
We all know how that worked out.
Politicians say and do what they must to get our approval, and then the facade isn't quite as necessary. Personally I think the man is just another bone headed moron and forked tongue liar, but that's just me. "Crazy" is giving him the benefit of the doubt.

American's are expected to eat the feed our leaders give us. If we don't, we're radical or anti-government.
We're locked in to a very narrow electoral system, and few realize it has to be that way. If everyone voted for who they really liked, rather than who they think could win, we might end up elected people who (while dishonest and boneheaded), are not as bad as some of our more recent choices.
I always expect politicians to lie, which is why I'm never disappointed when they do.

I guess we are the ones who are insane. Voting for politicians year after year, knowing that they lie but still wanting to believe them, and nothing ever changes.

I think he hit the nail on the head!
Remember, for years we have heard how America needs to stay out of the world's business when Republicans wanted to intervene in anyone's problems. NOW, a Democrat thinks he's smart enough and wise enough to solve the world's collective problems...and his supporters salute him without question? It feels like a sci fi episode of the Twilight Zone sine 11/4/08.

It certainly does. Rod Serling himself probably couldn't think up a more creative and twisted outcome than we will actually get.

I think that our president has delusions of grandeur; he is self important. This makes him dangerous in his present position. That is my opinion.

I share your opinion. I do not think he is insane but he is definitely dangerous to our country and our liberties.

I don't think Obama is insane. I certainly don't agree with his "transformation of America" and his world vision. I think Obama is thin-skinned, arrogant, and a know-it-all. I won't be voting for him in 2012, even if he moves to the center. I've seen enough in a little over a year...

That's pretty much my take, too. I saw through him before the election and steered clear.

I would almost believe that after the past 9 years!
