Why are some people so loud  

there are those whose laugh can really be fake. but i know people who naturally laugh loud and talk loud. i can only think that they must be letting themselves go into life with such lack of inhibition with laughter. well, that's good for them. but at times can be irritating to those who listen.

yeah definately, it just seems like there is no consideration for other people. i mean, when those girls at work laugh, i can't hear what i'm saying to other customers because of it!

People that try to be loud aswell when they are in a public place so that they are center of attraction aswell gets my back up and then you have the people on their mobile phones talking loud like we all need to hear.

yeah, that always happens on the bus! people always have really disgusting conversations too, about a particular thing they did they night before...yuck.

I have the same situation as you . My mother often yelled to me , every time she wakes me up , her volume really scared me . Sometimes when I talk to her , she usually didn't noticed that and than ask me "what you said ", It makes me really upset .

I know what you mean also when they are talking to a person on a mobile phone they also talk loud or should i say shout.I think that if you have to talk loud on a phone then you should at least move away from the person you are sitting near.Have you noticed that loud people have to have the tv up loud aswell, i have aswell as that they have to have a loud ring tone on their phone.

My husband has a hearing problem and he has a hearing aid and even if he is wearing it well lets say he is just as loud.Some people have hearing aids and never turn them on or put them in their ear.

I have found that all of my children take after their dad as he is soo loud and so are they no matter what they are doing or who and when aswell as where they are when they are chatting to people.One of my sons has now got his manly voice as his voice has broken so he is deep and loud.Where as my other son is high pitched like a girl and his voice tends to grate on you after a while so i can not wait until his voice breaks.The only time when i am loud is when i have to get my voice to raise above their voice.

LOL JJ. that is the same as me, my voicee is like a mouse's until I get angry then heaven help anyone!

I know what you mean as there is a girl that used to go to the pub with us and she was loud all the time and we all knew when she had turned up in the pub and so did every one else who lived a few roads down.Even when there is no noise some people tend to shout when they talk and like you say they do not have a hearing problem so why do they have to be soo loud.

I agree with you Samafayla. I know some from my circle of friends who are like this. I do not want to hurt them by directly saying I do not like loud people, so I start correcting it in myself. Whenever I talk, I always try to make sure I do not talk too loud. In that way, they can sense I do not like loud people. By my example, they can slowly follow.

I know what you are saying it do not matter if the person is even sitting next to the person they are talking to they tend to shout in their ear aswell as when they are on the phone it is like are you sure they can not hear you with out using the phone as you have a mouth on you like a fog horn.It crazes me.

I think that not all the people that are loud have a hearing problem, i think sometimes that is the way they have always been and they think that is normal.I hate it when i am trying to concerntrate typing and there are people talking loudly.I have in the past walked out of a pub because one persons mouth was getting on my nerves as they were so loud and over powering.

I definitely agree with you that not everyone who is loud has a hearing problem. That's not always the case. Being loud has become normal to them at one time or another, so they think it's acceptable when it's really not! I don't like when that happens either. I think people should be considerate of others.

Nerve deafness.. i agree with you... the doc told my daughter she would have nerve deafness if she didn't stop having her earphones so loud... when she was a kid.

The thing that gets me is that the people that do have a hearing problem like my husband who has a hearing aid tends not to wear it and that is one of the reasons i think he shouts.My sons have all had their hearing tested and they all seem to shout and their ears have no problems at all.They have never used ear phone either so perhaps they shout as their dad tend to shout when he is talking.

When my husband talks to the children it always sounds like he is raising his voice as he is very loud.He has a hearing aid, but he never seems to wear it so when he gets really loud when his friends are here or even my friends i mention he will wake up the people sleep in the other countries.

Don't hold that sneeze in, it will hurt your sinuses and drive stuff up into them instead of letting you clear them out!! It might look funny if our ears would blow wrong side out like a cartoon character, though.

I have to nearly shout to get above all of them trying to talk as they are alot louder than me.My husband talks loud aswell as he has a hearing problem and the best bit is,is he has a hearing aid and he do not wear it.Even when he whispers in my ear everyone would hear him as really to me he is talking and his talking is nearly shouting.He has the tv up soo loud and i hate the sound of a war film as it sounds like they are using their guns in my house.
