What is your favorite part of nature?

Hi, AmbiePam. I love the rainbow, and the sun. I also love the bright vivacious flowers that bloom and stand out when you are walking next to them. I remember when I was a little girl, there were tree shrubs right in front of our porch in our front yard. And these flowers were pink and they bloomed every time that we had a different season. I loved looking at them when I would walk outside. I also love to hear the birds chirping in the early mornings. It makes me feel so relaxed for that coming day.

i live in a fairly large city in southern ontario (canada) which runs along a natural escarpment that starts near toronto and enda at niagara falls. to that end, we have over 100 waterfalls in my city, some big, some small, but that is what i love the best.

I've always loved weeping willow trees, too. My mother told me that, when I was a very little girl, I'd whisper "Pretty tree" to her every time I saw one.

My favorite part of nature? That's an extremely hard question to answer. I love so much about nature. I think it might be nature's ability to renew itself.

A seed grows and becomes a tree. The tree gets old and falls down. It then degrades and turns into soil which then feeds the new seeds which will become trees. It's amazing!

I love waterfalls and rainbows. I love seeing dew on a freshly made spiderweb in the early morning. I love watching animals and bugs busily doing what they need to survive. I'm in awe every time I see flower and vegetable seeds sprouting through the soil after I've planted them. It flips me out that a tiny seed can turn into a huge berry bush or tomato plant.

I really can't say what impresses me most about nature. It's just awesome.

I honestly don't think there is one part of nature that I don't like. I find it all so very fascinating, and I just love all the tree's. I find little faces in them, haha. There is one by my sister's that is sooo huge and gorgeous, and there is this funny face that I see, so when I go by I always say hello to my favorite tree. Ya, I know, I'm nuts, haha.

Camping is my get away. The mornings are so beautiful, the sky so clear, the clouds so white and puffy, and the birds singing their favorite tunes..just love it. It's so peaceful and so nice to get out of the city. Even the stars at night are unbelievable, and falling stars are a common sight. The lake shimmers, the air smells good, the little chipmunks are running around eating breakfast, smoke from campfires fill the air, and that's when I feel at home. I think I was a pioneer in another life. Nature just plain rocks for me..all of it.

I love going outside and standing just far enough away from the bird feeder so that I don’t scare the birds. Just watching them swoop in, or frantically flap their tiny wings whilst pecking away at some food is just a magnificent sight. I could literally spend all day just watching the different birds come and go, staring at me, sizing me up before nervously trusting me to go to the feeders.

Nature is myh best friend - Other are just friends with +ve and -ve attitudes and sometimes these too change according to situations.
I have been to many of interior parts of the Himalayas and captured good photographs.
I really like the beautify flowers which nature has created -especially the dark and light colors and the mix of colors too in some flowers. I just wonder how does these flower take that particular color. Oh it is highly impressive.

Hi AmbiePam! I can tell you that one part of nature I am NOT fond of is tornadoes! I heard about some in your area ... Please tell me you, Sherlock, and your family are okay! As for my favorite part of nature I really can't pick just one thing as I love it all! I do however really love a good thunder and lightening storm! Those are awesome! But in close second would be everything else!

My favorite part of nature is coral reefs because they are colorful and have lots of lovely looking fish around them. I have been snorkeling at the Great Barrier Reef in Australia, the pacific islands like Samoa, the Indian Ocean like the Seychelles. I adore tropical beaches with palm trees. I have visited the Maldives, Belize and St Lucia. Those sorts of destinations are special because they have tropical beaches on the land and in the sea coral reefs. Wow!

I like weeping willows too, they're so pretty. I also love lilac bushes. While growing up I had one right below my bedroom window.. unfortunately I was too young to appreciate it. Whenever I see one now that isn't on someone's property I go up and smell it!

There's so much to nature to love. I think it depends on my mood, the day, the time of year.. Spring blooms are always lovely, so is autumn when the leaves change, and also the first good snow where the world is covered in a blanket of clean white. The different smells each season brings are great too.
