On my trip into work, for about a couple of miles there was a slightly beat up truck in front of me with a bumper sticker that said "WWJD?" on it.
Didn't think anything about it until the State Fair traffic got bad enough that I was sitting still right behind him for a few seconds and I saw the line under it:
"Who Would Jesus Deport?"
and the website www.christsfoundry.org

Yes, we're all immigrants except for the Native Americans (and ancient history seems to say that they were too, at one point). The point is not immigration. It's ILLEGAL immigration. I have no problem with anyone coming into my country and becoming a citizen. I do have a problem with anyone sneaking into my country. What's the big deal about doing it right?

I thought WWJD meant, What Would Jesus Do? Anyway, in our country, there are public transports called jeepneys covered with signs and stickers. My favorite - "Lord, please give me patience. And I want it RIGHT NOW!"

Jesus would not deport anybody because there would be no one to deport. He was very big on obeying the law and here, the law says you don't sneak into the country. The law is not enforced and our borders are wide open. Jesus would not only enforce the law, He would make sure that people weren't tempted to break it by sealing our borders efficiently. That, or He would change the laws.

LOL That IS definitely interesting! Hahaha! Good one, I think. When I first read the description of your discussion, I was wondering why "WWJD" on a bumper sticker was so interesting. But now I get it.. LOL.
I haven't seen any really interesting ones lately.. But I like the one about "whirrled peas" (took me forever to figure out it meant 'world peace'). Know what I'm talking about? lol
