Ok, Wisconsin. The Moderate Republicans and Liberal Democrats have spent the last 24 years showing us how to destroy a state economy. Now it's all up to the Conservative Republicans to show the world how to turn one around! No excuses, no finger pointing, no "I inherited..."... Show us how it's done!

ParaTed, know ye not that partisan politicians have the same agenda from municipality to fed? Anything that happens at Fed level always has a beginning at State level.

My state's about to go to he11 in handbasket with the new bunch that are about to take office. As is usually the case with conservative Republicans, it's war on the working class and especially union workers. No more road or bridge repair, our schools are going to really suffer and all of our local and school taxes will soon skyrocket and the gas companies are going to be able to "frack" to their heart's content and who cares if it destroys thousands of people's drinking water? Happy days are here again...NOT!! Annie

We have much the same situation here in Ohio. The last two weeks of December, the media praised our outgoing liberal governor and bemoaned what was about to befall our state now that a conservative (I hope) will be in his place. I've had it with the blame game. You campaigned for the job-whatever position it is-you begged for the job! So shut the hell up, don't whine and just do it!
