In what season you like travel and in what place?

Hi I am a sailor, so basically, i have traveled all over the world, except for Australia and New Zealand, but as a sailor and not a traveler. I am based here in Goa, in India, so the summers are very hostile from March to first week of June, which are followed by heavy rainfall from June to mid august. So this is the best time for us to go on a foreign tour.

I love to travel during summers to hill stations because summers we have a very bad weather here at my city which is near delhi.We have long and frequent power cuts during summer here and weather is unbearably very hot.Most people go to hill stations during in summers as their children get summer holidays from school. Best time to travel otherwise would be august to october for me.

I like to travel during the off season. Weather is not at the extremes and there are fewer people to contend with. It is also a time when you can pick up some great bargains.

i would want to travel to europe in summer. :D i think i would be able to enjoy the travel in summer more, and i can go and see a lot of places in summer time

In my home country spring is from March to May, summer is from June to August, autumn is from September to November and winter is from December to February. When I am in a teaching contract I can only travel in the school holidays so it would be Easter in April, summer in July plus August or Christmas in December. It is better when I am doing supply teaching or between teaching contracts I can have a trip in term time. Therefore in that case for Europe I like to go in June before many tourists are around. For a long haul trip I like to go in their summer. So I went to Cape Town and the Garden Route in January two years ago. When I went to Vancouver last year I went in June and July. This year I traveled to Cartagena De Indias in Colombia. It is hot there all year round and I wanted to go in the dry season when there is a cooling ocean breeze. My favorite months are November and February to travel so I can get away from the British winter.

There are only two seasons in my country: rainy season and summer. The best time to travel is in summer. Years ago, my husband booked us a flight in June, which happens to be the start of the rainy season in my country. We went to the most popular beach in my country, Boracay and we didn't end up enjoying it. It was so windy and the sun was hiding at the back of the clouds. The sands whipped our legs so terribly. I didn't even get a dip in the beach! Except for that, most of our travels are done in summer. We are coming back to Boracay next year and I hope I'll enjoy it this time. If ever I get the opportunity to travel abroad, I'll choose winter so I can experience snow. We don't have snow here so it would be a great experience. I also like to see the cherry blossoms in Japan, so most likely I will go in spring time.

Hi. baressi43. My favorite season would be the spring time and the autumn as well. The weather is just right. It is not too hot nor too cold. I know that I would love this kind of weather, I really would.

I don't really like the weather when it's too warm so I usually avoid going somewhere in mid-summer. As our summers are more like green winters for most people (Mid-Norway isn't renowned for it's warm and sunny weather really :-) ) most other places have summers that are too warm for me. I really liked Shetland in summer, it's never been more than 22 degrees there. Perfect for people like me :-) I keep memories by taking pictures. Lots of pictures of everything :-)

I like to travel! So whatever season it is if I feel I like to travel, I will. Now my destination sometimes depend on what season it is. Like last December, I want to really go to a cold place that is near. So my aunties and I went to Taipei. At 9 degrees, it sure really is cold for us considering that in Manila it is 22 degrees or up. I like walking along the streets of Taipei while feeling the winter breeze. This summer we bought tickets to Kota Kinabalu to enjoy the white sand beaches of Manukan and Sapi island. Next year, I want to experience spring in Korea or Japan to see the cherry blossoms bloom.
