9-11

I don't really do something to remember this event. I don't think you need to do something to remember this. It's just so big it just tattooed itself in my mind. I guess I'll just reflect on it with my life. Whenever I think of this event, it makes me wonder how my life will end. It also makes me realize that life is short. We have to take advantage of the time we have and just have fun with it because the time will come when we can't anymore.

9/11 is something that we need to keep remembering and explain to our children and grand children what happened that day. Not to scare them bu to make them aware that we have to be vigilant and aware that some people are out to cause us harm. We also need to make sure that they understand that it is not one race or nationality but a bunch of people who hate us because we have personal freedom, economic freedom, and religious freedom and we need to cherish all the freedoms we have and be willing to welcome others who are willing to embrace our way of life.

Hello tyleika and welcome to myLot. I also am watching the programs on TV about this historical day. They can knock us down but they can't keep us down. I have watched the testimonies of some of the survivors and families. They are so remarkable. The firemen are all heroes. Some stayed with people in wheel chairs. One stayed with a man with a broken back because he knew that there was no way for rescue. It amazing The out look of the families of those who lost their family members. The people on flight 93 were really heroes as they were our first line of attack. What amazes me is that my granddaughters teachers did not mention any thing about 9/11 and the dedication of the memorials.
