How do they do it?

I was just cruising myLot looking for some discussions to get invovled in - I clicked on one of my interest catergories and there's pretty much two pages full of new discussions started by the same person - now I know this annoys people (there's been discussions about it) but what I want to know is how on earth do they do it?
Looking at the times, they were all started within a minute or less of each other - geez it takes me ages just to write something - then I have to tag it so not counting how long it takes me to write it - by the time I hit submit and the message appears on the screen often way more than a minute has passed.
There's no way in the world I could submit two or more discussions in less than a minute (I couldn't anyway it takes forever for me to come up with a new discussion :-) )

It's easy if you have a fast internet connection but I must say it's very annoying. Most of the time they're just senseless topics made so that they get the extra penny for starting a discussion but hopefully they'll be deleted in the future and people will start learning that you need to actually have meaningful discussions. This site is getting very watered down and that's disappointing.

Actually I'm fairly sure you don't earn anything for a discussion if no one responds to it - I might be wrong of course (it has happened once or twice before) so it might all be for nothing anyway.
I'm beginning to notice that it comes in stages - around the middle of a payment period there seems to be a lot of senseless posts or copy pasting etc - but then as it nears pay out time they all get cleaned out and some of those people get booted so the site is nice to visit again - until the cycle starts over again :-)

A lot of times I will type in the things that have been on my mind throughout the day so that I can get resonable responses to it. I always answer more discussions than what I start though. I understand your frustration because it can be annoying when you see topic starters that are short and sweet and are kind of dumb. I guess that it is their way of making money. Mylot doesn't say what you have to talk about so I guess they have done no wrong but I agree it can be annoying and irritating.

Never mind knowing how they did it, You might just cheat as they are doing. It is enough that we make use of time and enjoy what we do and get paid, they must just want the money so they do what they do, That is spamming and wont get away with it.

I have thought the exact same thing since the day i started doing mylot. I came for the money. I thought i'll get on and post twenty topics a day! I stay for friends and contact to the outside world.
I find it very difficult to think of a good conversation let alone type it on here. Then as you say you have to tag it and all. I have dial up so my computer is insanely slow.
I love being able to have input for my life here. i don't have friends and this place allows me to have that connection as far as saying what do you think?
There are alot of silly responses but i've ended up with people who have good responses as far as how to do this and who are good at that (like you and web business thx) and then there are the fellow moms.
As far as meaningless topic posts i hate the days i have nothing on my mind and i go to respond or get involved in a topic and there aren't ANY that are appealing. I thought maybe it was just me. That maybe i am not "hip" enough to enjoy the conversations out there. lol

I think some of the people who start a lot of discussions in a very short time copy and paste. Maybe they prepared their discussions on a word document and then they just copy and paste. Some others type very fast.
Me too it takes me a lot of time to post my discussions and tag them. Not to mention my English that is not that good. I type and then I read again to try to correct some of the mistakes. And sometimes it takes me forever to try to find the right word lol Good luck to everyone!
