What kind of camera do you use? What kind would you like?

i dont have no camara,so i dont really need it.i think camaras are for ppl who has a big family and have pictures to take of their families.i dont have a big family so i dont need one.

I've really never had anything but Canon. I now have a Canon Power Shot S315. It has a 6.0 12xzoom. I think you're wise to stick to Canon they've been making cameras for ever. I've had my 45mm Canon for years it is one of the better models but that camera has taken a lot of pictures and is still in A-1 condition.

I use a digital camera and am very happy with it, I don't think I'll ever go back to using film. It's so easy to get prints now and I love the fact you can erase pictures that went wrong and take so many more pictures. You can also crop out bits of the picture and resize them easily it's just great.

I have a Fuji FinePix S602Zoom digital camera.
My other half got it for me.
It's great and I love it.
Yes it has one fault I hate and that is the batteries.
Like all digital cameras it is very hard on batteries, but I don't like that it gives you the low battery warning only a few seconds before it shuts off.
This is a cause of great distress with camera lol.
That is why for anyone who gets this camera I always recommend to take an extra set of batteries with you.
Other then that this is a great Camera.
My Camera offers the following and probably more that I haven't figured out yet and am still oblivious to.

I love the screen feature.
I find it easier to take pic's with that then through the view finder lol.

-It has an adjustable ISO setting with 160, 200, 400, 800 and 1,600 equivalents.
-Nine user-selectable white balance settings, including a manual one as well.. ( this can be very confusing lol)
-It has a movie with sound and voice recording modes for something 15 -30 sec. I think.
-It has 3 image quality recording modes for storing on your computer.
The formates offered are JPEG format, and an uncompressed TIFF option
-It has a Dual media slots support.
It usually comes with a smartmedia 16 MB card but takes Compact Flash Type II and IBM Microdrive memory Cards.
-It operates on 4 AA batteries or an AC adapter

I love digital camera because I am horrible for not getting film developed. So this makes my life so much easier.

For what kind of Camera would I like.... umm probably a really fancy canon or another newere Fuji digital camera..
with A LOT of EXTRA memory cards and batteries lol...

I have the canon 300d with a standard 18-55mm lens. I love it so much, i even call it my baby^_^. I also have a zoom lens i can fit to it but ive only ever used to to photograph the moon and test it out.

I am pining over getting a better version, i quite like the 400d that has come out but i also like the 20d. Unfortunatly i can't afford it right now and im not prepared to get into debt to fund it. Plus im trying to save for the studio lights i really need.:)

I use a digital camera. In fact, I have a video camera which also has a reasonably good still camera with it, 4 megapixels. I may not go for a higher range for the time being, as I am mostly into videography and for the limited use I have for still pictures, this is more than sufficient. I also have a film camera, for which I have some emotional attachment, as it happens to be first thing I bought for myself. I am not going to discard it for that matter, and may even use it occasionally.

I currently have a Nikon CoolPix S5 as the main camera I'm using. I like it. It's a nice point and shoot that's small enough to bring along. But I really want a DSLR. I'm drooling over the D80 too! I need it, I can't live without it! Haha, okay... maybe I could, but I'd really really like it.

I have a canon 20D with a standard 35 mm lense as well as a 300 telephoto lense, I carry wide-angled lenses and polorizers. It has battery packs which are rechargeable, so i keep one on the charger and one in the camera, each pack has a 10 hour long lifespan which is enough. I also have a 6 gigabite microdrive, which holds over 7000 photos in the raw, and i rarely shoot in RAW.
Thats my baby lol. I want somre more equiptment to go with it, but im loving it now:)
I dont like film cameras as its too expensive to process for oppse pictures. When my son was a baby, all i had was film, so i took lots of pictures with it, and well over half-3/4s were blurred, the camera sucked. So i went digital and never looked back, not to mention all the different things i can do in photoshop to edit my pictures. I love digital.

I use a digital camera. Actually I use the same Canon Powershot that you use. It's a great camera!

I use only KODAK... I'm from NY-- pretty close to Rochester, NY- home of Eastman Kodak.. Plus I worked there for a couple of years-- So I support them.
I own 3 cameras. 2 digital and 1 film.. I love them all..
Kodak Advanced film--
Kodak digital 5 megapixels.. and a 4 megapixels (daughter's). I love taking pictures on the digital because you can see exactly what they will look like-
I also work for a company now that deals with photo chemistry, and silver refining (from developing pics) so I have to use the film camera too--- Keep us in business..
