buxrise ads not loading

why isnt the buxrise ads loading? i remember fiddling around with the internet options this morning and now when i try viewing the ad, the loading bar does not load at all! anyone of you know a workaround?

I started this discussion because I was wondering is Neobux legit or it's just one in the line of scamming sites that promise to pay you for viewing advertisments and then they just suspend your account when you ask for payment....
