I'm guessin' that fresh vegetables would most likely be the healthiest for us. And I prefer fresh. Canned veggies is good for storing if you're not going to use them right away. Plus I think they are cheaper. Frozen, I would...

A lot of people strongly dislike canned potatoes. Others only use them for frying up with eggs or in hash-type recipes. I have a few cans of sliced potatoes in the pantry cupboard because one crockpot recipe I make calls for them....

Do you like canned vegetales better than fresh or frozen vegetables.. I love fresh vegetables..there is nothing better than that but some people like the canned better. Are you one of those? Which is your preference and why?
