Ok, so no chicken soup, no orange juice, then what? I am currently suffering a cold, and I feel like hell. I want to know how you heal a cold, with less resources and what you think works. I hate this, I really hate being sick...

It never fails, I always seem to catch a cold or two over the course of the year. I'll usually try to get plenty of rest and eat a lot of chicken noodle soup, but even that doesn't really "cure" me quickly enough.

are 100% safe and with no side effects? I take them a lot especially analgesics and cold remedies but I find it hard to believe that they are that safe. If not for the smell, I would prefer using bengay or other chinese medicated...
