Many times when we lose the internet it can be fixed by a simple reset but last night we lost both the phone and internet. And, resetting it didn't do a thing to restore it.

Every company I know brags of "unlimited data" in partbof their plans. But its a scam I tell you! Truly, you get 4G data for a certain amount of GBS and then after you pass that....your data is reduced to 3g or maybe even slower....
