75% clearance sale, I know this sale is common to JC's but while all these stores like Banana Republic, Ann Taylors, and mall stores are trying to fill low sales with sales like 65-75% off I still do not see any use going there....

I think target has a better varity of certain things than walmart. And now that walmart no longer has layaway they're sales are going down. I personaly like target better! which do you like?
