Earbuds versus head phones

Which do you prefer to use, earbuds or regular head phones??? I like the earbuds that are soft and small (fit in my ear like in the picture) I prefer them. If they aren't then I would much rather use a regular headphone.

i gnereally dont use ear buds asthe doctors say it damages teh ear if you dont do it properly, its always better to use a dewax solution once in 2 months so that the earwax melts and comes out
