Lately, fuel issue is up in the air, government said price freeze, fuel giants resort to shortage by not buying fuel anymore for reason that they are loosing, and once the price freeze is lifted they are talking of price increase...

If oil prices (thus all transportation of all goods) are detrimentally influencing most of the world and contributing to a global food crises, should Opec and oil producing nations contributing to this be penalized in some way?

Everyone knows the cost of gas and diesel is constantly rising. My question is, what is the cost for a gallon of gas and a gallon of diesel? Where do you live?
I live in Hawaii, right now the average for gas is $3.71 per gallon...
