consuming fruits for lunch

summers make me thirsty.I love cooking but am unable to cook in front of gas oven and even if i do i hate to consume those.I take chilled fruits and fill my stomach. sometimes i make mango shake and all that.Do you think its okey....

For me I like the food cooked in Microwave more than gas cooked food.....and it is also healthier to eat microwave cooked food. What about you?
