Will you get healthy and clean before you and your hubby try to make babies?

I know I sounded little strange, what I meant is like if you and your hubby smoke/drink, did you stop doing all that before you both try to make babies?

I saw something on tv talking about sperm donners and I got to thinking. Many people can not have children. I had beautiful children that I love dearly and they are an important part of my life. Some people don't have children...

Giving birth - a nightmare!

No, I am not pregnant - and I do truly belive that one of the reasons I don´t wanna be is because I am terrified of giving birth. The fear I am feeling can not be normal ... Just thinking of it can make me cry.. This is very sad...
