I am pregnant. I am staying away from almost if not all of the things I know give me heart burn. I have tums and Mylanta. Nothing seems to work. It is pretty bad when milk isn't even safe. Any suggestions?

Pills and capsules go down more easily if you take them with a full glass of water while standing and you remain standing for a while.Otherwise,the medication may stay in your oesophagus for several minutes causing heart burn or...
