Do you inhale when you smoke cigarettes or anything you prefer to smoke? I have heard of people who do not inhale and this just baffles me. It seems pointless to smoke at all if you are not going to inhale. Can anyone explain this...

I just hate to be near smokers in enclosed places. Do people have the right to smoke when there are children in the same house or colleagues in the same office have to inhale the smoke?
