Honestly, I did not have firecrackers or fireworks last New Year's eve. I did not blow horns (literally). I did not jump. I just greeted everybody a happy new year. I believe it does not make any difference at all....

I have nothing against the use of firecrackers during the New Year celebration it is a tradition and it adds merriment to the occassion but it's use has to be regulated. I mean fireworks display with experts doing the job is fine...
