We pet owners are a tough breed. When we really love our pets, we will do just about...

If you have a pet, and how likely would you purchase a pet insurance? Some people giving advise: "if your pet still young, there is no need for the pet insurance." While if your pet is old, pet insurance might be considerable. The...

There's a really interesting news story online
about a cat in China that started growing a pair
of wings when he hit one year old.
They look just like fuzzy wings!
Check it out.
Here's the...

We're thinking about getting a small dog, who would
mostly be an indoor breed dog.
The dog would go outside on occasion.
I'm not big on dogs that have a bad smell.
I don't mind normal dog smells, but stinky dogs
are a...

This week, we moved to a new house. Well, it's not new, but it's definitely new for us. And now, all my cats are acting really weird. Pretty much, they just lay around all day and do nothing but sleep. I don't remember them being...

Do you think cats are capable of the emotion called love?
Can cats express love? Can a cat feel love for another person or cat?
My personal opinion is that cats can feel love.
I think my cats love me.
I love them. So why...

My oldest cat, Big Man can be really annoying sometimes.
Like this morning, when he woke me up just past seven A.M.
Nobody should be awake that early on a Saturday morning.
And, then when I finally dragged myself out of bed,...

I have five dogs and have at times considered purchasing pet insurance for them. With the high price of veternarian care, I thought I might be able to save a few by purchasing a policy. I did look online and even did some research...

Awhile back, I switched to drinking tea.
Now every time I make tea for myself,
my female cat, EB, tries to drink out
of my cup.
Or, maybe she's just smelling the tea.
Is this something all cats do?
Why would she be...

I try to feed my four cats at least
two or three times a day.
Most times, I leave a small bit of food
out for the cats to snack on, just in case
they get hungry.
And, since one of our cats is a little piggy
and steals...

My big cat loves lounging all over my books
on the side table. I can't imagine laying on
anything that uncomfortable.
But he seems perfectly fine with it.
What's up with that?
Why do cats like laying on books and other...

We don't have official names
for the outdoor cats.
So far, there are only three cats
that hang around us, sort of an informal
outdoor clan of sisters and moms.
They're all related.
They're collectively known as "The...
