I remember back a while that others were talking to take oreos off of the markets. Many claimed that the trans fat in oreos were very unhealthy. Since the report, have you stopped or eaten less oreos?

Whenever you are buying any food itmes or snacks will you check the trans fat?.there should not be transfat as it is the cause for cholesterol and heart disease.I even check the sell by date.Because some items are will be sold...
