The Weather Channel said that the Jacksonville area received like 129 lightning strikes in the last 10 minutes. I can believe it, based on what I am seeing going on outside right now.

The Weather Channel is reporting live right now in Jacksonville Beach. I can see the pier in the background. How cool is that???? They came to our hometown for the excitement! LOL

I hope this isn't a dumb question. But I see it a lot on the Weather Channel, it will say something like, "Monday, "Fair", High of 50." Hmmmm ....I'm thinking "Fair" might mean that it's not gonna rain all day,...

When I get up in the morning the first thing I do when I turn on my TV, is turn it to the weather channel. I like to see what it is like outside and what the forecast is for that day. I like to see if it is going to be stormy...

Have you noticed..I have..that in the spring and summer..that the weather is less predictable? This week our weather was predicted to have a whole line of thunderstorms.. Each day however, I have noticed the pictures change...
