I won a contest to meet The Rolling Stones and get front-row tickets to their Forty Licks concert tour in 2003! They were really very nice people! I got a hug from Keith Richards and Ron Wood. It was so very awesome!!!And, in case you're wondering, they don't look better in person... they look worse! LOL

Meru Betiri Reserve

Meru Betiri (Game) Reserve is one of the remaining jungles in Java island. Belivably also where the last Javan Tiger is still around (never proced, tough). It's located at the south of Banyuwangi - East Java. The picture shows "Teluk Hijau" (green bay) beach located inside Meru Betiri where accessed only by hiking a hill in front if it or by traditional boat from nearby villages that takes about 30 minutes cruising the rudge Indonesian ocean. This is absolutely remote beach with beautiful views surrounding of Meru Betiri. My experience, been travel many places in Java, says that this is the most beautiful beach in Java. Too bad that it was not in a sunny day that may enhance the beach in more impressed view.
