Lisa Chin it definitely curved my spending habits. i was pregnant and my spouse was a coach for various schools in jamaica, we had not much saved up and he is out of a job. We were very much unprepared. How we are surviving still, IDK... Covid is probably here to teach...

Lisa Chin create a routine and stick to it. u may need and alarm clock at first but your body will eventually adjust to your routine.

Lisa Chin Why dont you try keto diet? U can eat all the food you like, just excluding the carbs. it will make you lose weight if thats what you're trying to do. You seem to enjoy your eggs... u can have your eggs with keto
