Doctor_Botany Well, alternative medicine is what I do so I will always try non-drug approaches first. I don't think all alternative practices are legitimate any more that I think you should trust an MD without question.

Doctor_Botany I always try to get a little sunlight every day. I also walk on my treadmill. Nothing major, just a few minutes with some upbeat music. It makes a huge difference.

Doctor_Botany My favorite "herb" is tea. But I guess tea doesn't really count. ;-) My second is evening primrose oil. I take it mainly for eczema but it's also been studied for everything from ADHD to Raynaud's. I love evening primrose oil.

Science have proved that there is caffine present in tea and cofee, but if a person who drinks excess of tea and cofee so what is more harmfull Tea or Cofee, can anyone tell me a scientific answer for this.

Doctor_Botany Coffee typically has more caffeine than an equal volume of tea, especially green or white tea. But coffee also is apparently helpful for type 2 diabetes. So it depends on what you mean by "harmful". :-)

Doctor_Botany I agree 100%! My mother-in-law leaves her faucet running just a tad so that her cats can get a drink anytime they feel like it. Let's just say I don't ever drink coffee at her house. Bleck!

I had the zoom system for whitening my teeth, and now they hurt all the time. I go to the dentist and have to use special tooth paste. I still cannot drink anything hot or cold. and my teeth actually hurt all the time.

Doctor_Botany I know whitening can cause that kind of sensitivity but I've never had the courage to have mine whitened. Good luck with it. Someone mentioned Sensodyne. My son uses that and really likes it.

I wanted to know if what type of teeth do you like to have?. For me I would simply choose a light yellow teeth as whiter teeth is more prone to brittle.

Doctor_Botany I'm not a huge fan of tooth whiteners, either. Put me in the "natural" column. But if I drank alot of foods that stained, I might consider bleaching. I can't see myself going for the flourescent white look though. :-)
